PLAY-ALL-DAY PASSES

Passes include unlimited access to Fall Fair games and activities for students. Passes can be picked up on Fall Fair day at the information tent on the Franklin Family Fields. Individual passes are available in advance for $35. Passes will be $40 day of the event.

*Not included in the play-all-day pass are the food trucks and some club booths.

Shirts

Make this year’s Fall Fair shirt your own! We want you to show off your own design. Tie-dye it the colors you want, use fabric paint to draw on it or have your friends sign it! Shirts will be distributed early in the week to give you time to decorate it. Youth and adult sizes are available for $25.

*T-shirts may be purchased in advance only via Norfolk Collegiate’s website and the form on page 11. Please note if ordering online, you must submit your size and quantity in the notes section of the form.

PLAY-ALL-DAY PASSES & SHIRT COMBO

Save by taking advantage of our combo package! For $50, you will receive one pass and one shirt...that’s a savings of $10! Purchase your passes, shirts or combo packages using the QR code.

Plan Your Visit

10 A.M.-2 P.M. FRANKLIN & MATHAS FAMILY FIELDS

• Food trucks and dessert vendors will be available for purchase during Fall Fair hours.

• Parking is available in the upper school parking lot and behind the Meredith Center as well as street parking around the campus.

• Play-all-day passes will grant access to all the inflatables, games and lawn game area.

• Student club booths will have their own pricing for activities or sale of items, so bring some cash!

• BACK AGAIN! We’re welcoming back our furry friends from The Teeny Tiny Farm. The petting zoo will be open all day during Fall Fair hours. Also, join our cornhole tournament.

• NEW THIS YEAR! Participate in our water balloon competition. Also joining us this year is Fairy Hair by Chelsea to jazz up your hair. Additional costs will apply.

Volunteer Opportunities

Fall Fair is not possible without the help of our amazing volunteers. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved during Fall Fair and shifts are 60 minutes! Please volunteer for a shift via the SignUp Genius links that will be emailed to all current parents.

We will need volunteers for:

• Setup & breakdown

• Volunteer check-in coordinators

• Activity booth and game attendants*

• Collegiate Corner attendants

* Students in Grades 6-12 also will have the opportunity to sign up for volunteer shifts via the SignUp Genius links that will be emailed to all current parents.

ATTENTION MIDDLE & UPPER SCHOOL STUDENTS!

FUNDRAISE FOR YOUR STUDENT CLUBS & ORGANIZATIONS

• It is not too early to think about what clubs you will be joining or continue to join. This is a GREAT opportunity to fundraise for your club or for an organization (such as Morgan’s Message, Foodbank or Roc Solid Foundation to name a few.)

• Offer an activity, a game at Fall Fair or sell baked goods (or a pre-made one) and the proceeds will go to your club or organization of choice! Activities can range from face painting, paint-a-pumpkin, sell donuts, temporary tattoos and so much more.
