The Hampton Roads Metropolitan Statistical Area - which includes the cities of Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Hampton, Newport News and Suffolk - is the 37th-largest market in the United States. On-Field Contests
A night at a Tides game features several zany between-inning promotions that help make Harbor Park such a family friendly atmosphere. Exciting contests like the Build-A-Burger relay race, Kiss Cam, Race Rip Tide and the Crab Shuffle are just a few of the in-game entertainment options that your business can be a part of for $7,000.
Fireworks
There are 12 fireworks nights scheduled in 2015, and your business can be the title sponsor for one of those events for $5,500. Fireworks nights typically draw the largest crowds of the season, so you get a lot of bang for your buck.
Print Advertising Souvenir Program Our program is sold at each game, including postseason contests. Each program includes player biographies, ballpark information, Lucky Signatures and an insert with updated rosters and stats for both teams. Inclusion in one of the Lucky Signature packages is free of charge for sponsors who provide a gift for each home game. Lucky Signature sponsors also receive a scoreboard announcement.

Tides On The Air Brodcast Your Brand Throughout Hampton Roads All 144 Tides games are broadcast live on ESPN Radio 94.1 FM, a station that reaches millions of listeners. Each broadcast begins with a sponsorable pregame and postgame show, and your organization can sponsor other events throughout the game such as starting lineups, pitching changes and home runs. All radio sponsors are included in opening and closing billboards and will appear on promotional pocket schedules distributed by the Tides throughout the season. The Tides also have in-house resources and talent to produce content and sponsor material.

Ticket Packages Season Tickets With season tickets, you won’t miss an inning of exciting Tides baseball as you’ll have your very own seat for each and every home game. A season ticket is $550, meaning the per-game price is under $8, a savings of nearly 50% off the gameday price of $14. Keep in mind that you never lose a ticket, even if you can’t attend every game. All unused 2015 season tickets can be exchanged at the Harbor Park Box Office for a reserved seat to any other non-restricted home game (based on availability). That same ticket can be exchanged to a box seat for just $1. If you’re looking for less than a full season ticket, consider the Sunday Season Ticket package. This option provides a ticket for all 10 Sunday home games, plus three box seat exchange coupons, for just $120.

Outfield Fence Signs The most visible signs at a Tides game are the outfield fence signs. There are five outfield fence signs, with each measuring approximately 9 feet high by 36 feet wide. Outfield fence sign packages begin at $25,000.
Rip Tide Your business can sponsor Rip Tide, the Norfolk Tides’ biggest fan, for $10,000. As the official mascot, Rip Tide entertains fans during games at Harbor Park and makes frequent community appearances to schools, hospitals and parades.
Concourse Opportunities Nearly 400,000 fans explore the Harbor Park concourse each season, presenting your business a fantastic opportunity for maximum exposure. During a game, the concourse is lined with back-lit signs, games for kids and informational tables.

This Is Birdland 142
Since Norfolk became a Baltimore affilate in 2007, 142 players have played for both the Tides and Orioles. When the Orioles won the 2014 American League East division title, they did so with 21 former Tides players on their roster. Prior to the 2015 season, Norfolk and Baltimore extended their Player Development Contract through the 2018 season, ensuring four more years of an exciting partnership.
