THE LOST COLONY May 27 – August 20 (Monday – Saturday) This fascinating drama – the longest running outdoor historical drama in the United States – brings to life the mystery of what happened to the first English colonists right here on the Outer Banks.

DARE DAYS June 3 – 5 Spend the weekend celebrating Manteo’s diverse history with music, crafts and food vendors. Events will be held in a number of beautiful Roanoke Island locations, including the brand-new College of The Albemarle’s campus, the Pea Island Cookhouse Museum and Roanoke Island Festival Park.
