“Michigan’s White River in the Manistee National Forest runs through the family property and is the inspiration for the company name. The bear logo was inspired by a very real and very large pet bear. The cement and steel bear cage still stands on the family property. White River Knife and Tool grinds blades and makes knives for other knife companies. White River Knife and Tool also makes blades and tools for industrial and commercial applications.”
