Your new source for great talent
We equip students with the skills and experiences to excel in their internships and full-time roles.
Cardinals are committed to academic excellence. Our students engage in an enriching, dynamic academic experience that includes a strong liberal arts core. That foundation teaches them to communicate effectively, think critically, act ethically, and work collaboratively.
Cardinals are go-getters.
Our students push beyond what they — or others — may think is possible. And they’re invested in taking charge and exploring opportunities while being part of a close-knit community that fosters dedication, personal drive and ambition.
North Central is a diverse community.
Our students are highly committed to doing good and being engaged citizens, from serving as campus leaders to volunteering and serving their communities.

The North Central Advantage: Our Career Readiness Initiative
Before they graduate, North Central students are required to earn academic credit towards preparing for post-college work, employment or careers:
CAREER PREPARATION COURSES
Students build the foundation needed to design a career — exploring personal strengths and developing the skills to effectively translate their qualifications in meaningful ways. Content also focuses on key components and competencies that employers and graduate schools seek in entry-level candidates.
CAREER EXPERIENTIAL COURSES
Students participate in an internship or other experiential learning opportunity — such as a faculty-led research project. They commit to a minimum of 90 field hours and take a course in which they reflect on their experience and complete academic assignments.
Cardinals move into careers with confidence.
