MORE PROJECTS
THE DILLON
The Dillon is the first mixed-use development of its kind in downtown Raleigh’s rapidly expanding, vibrant Warehouse District. Open in 2018, the project includes an 18-story office tower with retail space and two six-story apartment buildings with an adjoining parking deck. The Dillon makes up an entire, 2.5-acre city block bound by S. West Street, W. Martin Street, S. Harrington Street and W. Hargett Street.
PEACE
Scheduled for completion in 2020, Peace will include downtown Raleigh's first grocery store, 12-stories of luxury, high-rise apartments, and an adjoining, exclusive parking deck. Peace takes advantage of the State's improvements to Capital Boulevard, giving the project easy accessibility to all major arteries of the Triangle, and the future City of Raleigh Devereux Meadows Park, just across Peace Street from the building's front door. Boasting incredible skyline views and an unbeatable location at the Gateway to Downtown Raleigh, Peace will set a new market standard for luxury living above a grocery store.
SMOKY HOLLOW
Phase II of Smoky Hollow is adjacent to Peace Apartments as part of a long-term, multi-phase development. The project will consist of a 9-story steel frame office building, 421 N Harrington, and The Line, a 7-story luxury apartment building. The development, which broke ground late spring 2019, will feature 225,000 RSF of office, 283 residences, 40,000 RSF of retail, 775 parking spaces and an intensive landscaped promenade between the two buildings designed to activate the pedestrian level experience. The project takes advantage of the State's improvements to Capital Blvd. and the future City of Raleigh Devereux Meadows Park.
