On-site amenities for crew include a lounge, gym, and social events.

The Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) at Lauderdale Marine Center allows vessels for sale to be shown to U.S. citizens without the need for a boat show bond. The yacht, once entered into the FTZ, can cruise within U.S. waters for up to 120 days for purposes such as sea trials, exhibition or repair work.
