There are many good construction projects happening in Thunder Bay this season.

Magnus Theatre will be will be undergoing some major improvements including a new 125-seat Studio Theatre, expansion of the Production Shop, renovations to the Bar and Lounge, and building improvements, all while maintaining the Heritage features of the landmark Central School building.

Some other projects underway in

Thunder Bay are:

* the addition at Gore Motors Honda

* a new $30 million plus Thunder Bay Art Gallery at Prince Arthur’s Landing

* the ongoing construction of the Hoito building with residential and commercial space

* a brand new KIAdealership building in the Innova Park subdivision

* a brand new hotel next to the Hampton Inn on Arthur Street

* a new Mary Brown’s Chicken in a new building on the Arthur Street Marketplace property.
