Story Lab is Northumberland Libraries’ exciting summer reading challenge. Sign up at your local library and help Professor Cortex and the Story Lab kids to boost the imagination of the Story Lab - a hi-tech computer that collects stories from across the world. Just visit the library three times and read six books during the summer holidays. You will receive stickers to chart your progress, story-maker fortune tellers and key-rings. Complete the Challenge and you will receive a Certificate and medal at one of our Celebration events and will be entered into our prize draw to win a fantastic new bike! Libraries are holding craft and Olympic-themed events and the special website www.story-lab.org.uk has even more activities on offer. Story Lab is free and it’s fun so join now!
