North Weald Airfield Museum Annual Open Day

Battle of Britain Anniversary

The 81st Anniversary of the Battle of Britain is on the 19th September. North Weald airfield played a vital role in the war effort with fighter planes, mainly Hurricanes, flying from there in the Battle of Britain.
