This document serves as an addendum to the 2023 Volume II Northwest Lineman Center (NLC) Electrical Lineworker Program catalog published on November 30, 2022. Effective May 8, 2023, any policy and/or procedure changes noted in this addendum supersede the applicable sections of the 2023 volume II NLC Electrical Lineworker Program catalog. It should also be noted that any policies and/or procedures outlined herein are in addition to all applicable policies in the 2023 volume II catalog. *All updates and corrections below have been made in the online catalog sections to which they apply and will appear in the print version for catalogs printed after May 8, 2023.
