Rooms and Spaces
Both event spaces, the Gallery and Skyline, are available for your use for the entirety of the event week
In addition, we operate a 20-person private, locked conference room on the 3rd floor which can be used as a work room or room for roundtable discussions. I am also confident that we can locate additional empty tenant offices. You can certainly use our 3rd floor office as a work room. Can we use the screening room for live reporting? It's soundproof. Breakfast and lunch can be available on both or either the Gallery or Rooftop Furniture, equipment and signage
We can set the performance stage up with a media wall or projector backdrop. We own a projector and we can rent a media wall. If your viewer numbers change, we can leverage the Screening Room or use the Screening Room and the Performance Stage simultaneously. We have sufficient seating for up to 100 people watching the stage
I don't see an immediate need for additional furniture rental but we can access many vendors if needed. We can create way finders, schedules and menus as needed.

On either Monday and/or Tuesday, we will host a cocktail reception in the venue.
