CONSIDERATIONS Here are the various considerations when selecting your parking solution:
Attendance. The Surface Lot is an all-or-nothing solution so if you are not likely to use 60 spaces, this will not be cost effective. Both the 9the Street Garage and the Pabst Professional Center are pay-per-space alternatives which will be better fits for smaller events. Paperwork. The Surface Lot Owner requires an Access and Use Agreement and an insurance certificate. Nō Studios can bridge this gap for you but it does take a few days to achieve. Security. As the Surface Lot is unprotected, Nō Studios will require that you employ our security team if our insurance certificate is used to lease the lot. This cost is included in the lot rental fee. Responsibility for payment. As an event host, you will be able to pay on behalf of your guests in either the Surface Lot, the 9th Street Garage or the Pabst Professional Center. If guests are responsible for their parking, it will be difficult to achieve this using the Surface Lot. Convenience. The Surface Lot is closest to our building. The Pabst Professional Center is within sight of our front door. and the 9th Street Garage is a block away. Note, however, that access to the Pabst Professional Center requires an app to reserve the space and this reservation should be achieved prior to the event. You will want your guests to download the app before the event.
SURFACE LOT Nō Studios does not own or operate the surface lot contiguous to our building. For surface lot parking arrangements, please contact your event specialist to set up an agreement. The cost is $600 which includes the lot rental and a security patrol car.
The lot must be rented in its entirety. The lot has 60 spaces available for event parking.
Nō Studios leases three Visitor parking spaces that are available for use for load in.
Ridley IPCO, LLC dba No Studios (“No Studios”) does not own or operate and is not affiliated with the owner(s) or operator(s) of the surface parking lot located at 1037 W. McKinley Avenue, Milwaukee, WI (the "Parking Lot"). No Studios shall not be responsible for or liable to Guests or anyone claiming through or under Guest for any loss or damage to personal property, injury, or death that transpires on the Parking Lot from any cause whatsoever.
9TH STREET GARAGE The Brewery Structure is a public parking garage located at 1213 N. 9th Street. There are 600 spots in this structure. Please work with your event representative to arrange parking vouchers or ticket validation if required. The below pricing is their standard pricing. This pricing is not guaranteed as they raise their rate for special events such as Bucks games.

PABST PROFESSIONAL CENTER The Pabst Professional Center is located at 1036 W. Juneau Avenue. There are 68 spaces in this indoor parking structure. Parking can be reserved via the ParqEx Parking app. Public parking hours are 5:30pm-7am on weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday.
PABST PROFESSIONAL CENTER Parking Instructions Download the ParqEx Parking app on your phone to reserve a spot ahead of time. Note that this step takes some time and should be handled prior to the event. The garage door is on 11th street, just south of Juneau Ave. After paying via via ParqEx, a code will be provided to open the garage door. The same code can be used to exit the garage. Head right out of parking structure to the end of the block Turn right on McKinley and You will be at No Studios (1.5 block walk)
Clients have the option to Have guests pay for their own parking individually via the App. Receive a promo code so that parking is billed to the Event Host. ParqEx can set up a promo code for the parkers and invoice the host after the event based on how many times the code was used; we just ask that you provide us with their contact info so we can reach out.
