AE+MP Class Cohort 1 Finale
JA Dragons enter the podcast arena
N4N Members: Ahmad Beasley, Daelyn Williams, Triston Wheeler, DeAnthony Taylor, and Kenneth Montanez all make up the 1st cohort of the Audio Engineering & Media Production class. All of skills that they have acquired throughout this journey culminantes in this final track, which is produced, recorded, written, performed, mixed and mastered by the collective. Check out this upbeat and energizing track who’s title perfectly describes their hunger to sharpen their skills “Passion”.
The JA Dragons group have even split their time between track creation and podcasting. Students: Jasmine, Nyla, Dazaria and Jayson helm the podcasting group as they record their intro podcast while learning how to operate the equipment and learn how to structure an episode.

The second cohort of the AE+MP class ended the month a strong week as they dove headfirst into the realm of podcasting. With this group being primarily constructed of HS juniors and seniors they offer an interesting POV on subjects that they cover such as: School improvement ideas, current events, MAS sports coverage and the Milwaukee Music scene. Stay tuned for their first wave of episodes.
The second half of the JA Dragons group took on the challenge of track creation. As they complete the production for an uptempo local dance styled beat, Emani, Dashunee, Neveah, and Malayiah are locked in on writing the corresponding lyrics to the track. Their next step is to finish recording their track and release it next month
Triston has had a busy month between lending this creativity on the “Passion” track as well as contributing his production and pen skills for the track “So Stupid Heartbreak”. The track will be featured on an upcoming N4N org wide collaboration project, while mixing rock elements with modern hip hop drums.
