Everything you need to know about our custom print & stamper process! Office Hours Placing an Order
Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Time All orders must be placed using a Noteworthy order form. Any errors arising from use of any other order form will be at the retailer’s expense. Please fax your order to 866.309.2910, or email it to invoice1@noteworthyonline.com. We regret we do not accept orders over the phone.
rush processing
Rush orders received prior to the 2:00 p.m. CST cut-off time, will print and ship the following business day, unless the card requires assembly or is out of stock. The rush fee is a $25 net charge between January 1 and September 31 and $50 net charge for holiday orders placed after October 1st, per item. The fee for same day holiday rush is $75. The rush fee applies only to ‘in-house’ processing, and will not affect the shipping method you indicate on the order form. Same Day processing may be available for a $50 net charge/$75 for holiday orders. The rush fee applies to EACH item ordered. The rush fee for personalized self-inking stampers is $20 net charge per stamper after October 1st.
multiple items
Each item must be ordered on a separate order form. To ensure color consistency, matching cards & accessories should be ordered at the same time. Unless indicated otherwise, items for the same customer or retailer will be shipped together to avoid multiple shipping charges when possible and at Noteworthy’s discretion. No more than three custom print orders will be shipped in the same box. We can combine as many stamper orders as you like in one box. Typically rush orders and standard orders to the same client will not ship in the same box.
processing time
Orders will normally ship within 5 business days from receipt. Processing times after October 1st will vary, but are typically within 10 business days. During the holiday season, please refer to www.noteworthyonline.com for current estimated processing times.
text
Clearly print all copy exactly as you wish it to appear, underlining what you want in capital letters. Do not use abbreviations or punctuation that you do not want on the order! When faxing, be careful not to write in the margins as it will not come through on the fax! If capitals are not underlined, we will use our best judgment.
number of lines
Nine (9) lines of text are included in the price of Invitations, Announcements and Photo Cards. One (1) line is included in the price of Folded Notes & Notecards. Two (2) lines are included for Notepads. Three (3) lines are included for Enclosure Cards, Return Addresses and Stickers. Additional lines of text are $2.00 net, per line. Folded notes and notecards used as invitations or announcements will be invoiced at the invitation price.
ink colors
Colored ink and/or multiple ink colors on one card are available at no additional charge. Please refer to page DEALER-14 for our selection of standard ink colors. Please note that all return addresses are printed in black ink.
requested proofs
You MUST indicate a proof request on your order form by checking the appropriate box. Noteworthy is not responsible for mistakes on orders where a proof request is not indicated. A proof is typically sent within 24-48 hours, and can be sent via fax or email. A $5 net charge applies for each requested proof - edits/changes to text may incur additional charges. Please note: any mistake on the approved version of the order becomes the responsibility of the dealer, regardless of the origin of the mistake.
required proofs
Proofs are required (and charged) on ALL Digital Photo Card orders. Proofs are required - and complimentary - on orders with minimum quantities of: 100 cards with assembly or enhancements, 125 for flat invitations or announcements, and 250 for folded notes and holiday photo cards. Everything you need to know about our custom print & stamper process! response cards
Response card pricing does include envelopes with your custom personalized imprint. Please remember to include the return address for response cards when ordering. If no return address is included with the order, the envelopes will be sent blank.
invoices out of stock shipping
Invoices are NOT included in the box the order is shipped in. You will receive invoices via email after the order has shipped. Every card in this album is guaranteed to be in stock at all times. We ship orders via UPS - including Ground, 3-day, 2-day air and Overnight. If you want the order DROP-SHIPPED (at no extra charge), please indicate the drop-ship information on the order form! UPS has 10 full business days to deliver ground packages, despite what their estimated delivery time is. Please allow 10 full days for ground delivery! We are not responsible for late deliveries due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control.
errors
When an error on your order is our mistake, we will re-do the order at no charge and ship it out no later than the following business day on in-stock items. (Envelopes will not be included, unless they were part of the error.) Claims must be made within 10 business days of receiving the order. Please DO NOT DISCARD the original order, as we will issue a UPS call-tag to collect the error. If we are unable to call-tag the original order, no refund can be issued. Customer or dealer errors are the responsibility of the dealer, but will receive an additional discount. Please resubmit the order with any corrections, including changes to the drop-ship address, proof requested, shipping, etc.
reorders
Exact reorders will be accepted at less than standard minimum order quantities, and will be invoiced at a prorated portion of the standard minimum order.
envelopes
Unless otherwise noted, all envelopes are white, ecru or 100% post-consumer recycled paper to match the card stock of the invitation. Invitations printed on shimmer paper are shipped with white envelopes. Pre-shipping is available for a $12 net charge, inclusive of ground shipping.
lined envelopes postage
Lined envelopes are available for all invitations, unless otherwise indicated. See page DEALER-11 for further details. Some envelopes may require extra postage. Size, weight, shape and enhancements may affect postal fees. If you are unsure about the required postage, contact your local Post Office before mailing. We cannot be responsible for returned items due to insufficient postage.
cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order and it has already begun to be processed, a $25 cancellation fee will apply, plus any accumulated proof & edit charges. Once an order has been printed, it is the responsibility of the dealer.
changes
A minimum net charge of $10 may be incurred for any changes made after an order has been placed. If you change your product selection after an order has been placed and typeset there is a net charge of $15.
stamps
Typical processing time on stamp orders is 5 business days. This may vary after October 1st, but items are typically shipped within our usual 10 business days. Rush processing is NOT currently available for stamps. If you wish for individual stamp orders to be shipped together, they MUST be submitted at the same time.
