A MESSAGE FROM THE CEO 2014 was a great year for the company. We launched new tools like the Company Dashboard and the new webto-print Marketing Store, both of which are aimed at increasing productivity and efficiency in order to help you manage your business more effectively.

The focus of the program over the last few years has been quality and consistency; two traits that all of our vendors possess. This great tool separates us from our competition. RELOCATION: The 2014 LeadingRE final report is out and Nothnagle Relocation had another amazing year! Outgoing referrals and closed ratios increased. MARKETING: In Fall 2014, our new “Nothnagle Marketplace” went live providing agents with the opportunity to have more control over their print marketing pieces. The system provides for many automated solutions, saving time and improving efficiencies. You asked and we listened! The automated products allow for instant proofs and photo selection; automation eliminates the possibilities of errors because the data is coming directly from the MLS.

TECHNOLOGY: Our new Agent Dashboard went live in early 2014. This exclusive tool provides the latest technology to help you manage your entire business. Not only can you manage your listings and buyers, you can also capture and manage leads. Use the business planning tool to set goals and track your progress. The Dashboard allows you to gain access to all of the tools, services, and systems you need to run and manage your business. NOTHNAGLE INSURANCE: In 2014, Nothnagle Insurance opened a second office to better service our clients’ needs. Our success and growth is a clear indication that buyers want and appreciate one-stop shopping. When we send them a FREE quote, we often hear how grateful they are because it just took something off their “To Do” list! Buyers rave about their agent’s ability to offer this convenient service to them. Buyers who have just completed a transaction with a Nothnagle agent are already SOLD on Nothnagle; combined with the excellent customer service Nothnagle Insurance is able to offer, it’s a win-win for everyone. We’re not only in the insurance business, we’re in the business of adding value for ALL Nothnagle agents. NOTHNAGLE ACADEMY: In 2014, we expanded our offerings to bring training directly to our branches. Topics have included Instanet, Authentisign as well as hands-on and indepth training on all of the features of the Agent Dashboard–such as lead tracking, listing manager and business planning. Stay tuned for more offerings, both in-branch and at the Academy, in the year ahead!
