Express to Success LEVEL 1 – New Agent Program Express to Success (ETS) – A 5-day program required for all new agents, covering the “basics”. All attendees must have be licensed with Nothnagle Realtors and a GRAR board member. Come to class with a list of 100 names and phone numbers. Certificates issued upon completion Express to Institute (ETI) – Completion of Nothnagle’s On-Line Institute New Agent Syllabus is required for all new agents. ETI is a 2-hour review session held at the Academy once a month for those agents completing the syllabus. Certificates issued upon completion of syllabus and review session. Express Basic Review (EBR) – A 3-hour module run monthly at various times and days. This class will be a general review of the 5-day program. Designed for those who need refreshers or have tight work schedules.

Express to Success LEVEL 2 – Experienced Agent Program Express Coaching Forum (ECF) – Our instructors come to you! Scheduled times for our team of instructors to be in each branch, covering important topics that are important for all agents. Express to E-Learning (ETE) – Promotion of our On-Line Institute. Each month a video will be brought to you; along with a monthly forum held at the Academy for discussion, sharing of knowledge, application, and research based on what was learned. Express Tips (ET’s) – Weekly branded emails focusing on sales tips, motivation, and business development.
