Express to Success LEVEL 1 – New Agent Program Express to Success (ETS) – A 5-day program required for all new agents, covering the “basics”. All attendees must be licensed with Nothnagle Realtors and an MLS member. Express to Institute (ETI) – Completion of Nothnagle’s On-Line Institute New Agent Syllabus is required for all new agents. ETI is a 2-hour review session held at the Academy once a month for those agents completing the syllabus. Express Basic Review (EBR) – A 3-hour module run monthly at various times and days.
