The images shown is the living room which is located right infront of the entrance of the house. The living room is open to the dining area, and both spaces have the view to the mountains of Lebanon and the patio. As shown in the images you can see how it turned out to be a trendy home yet chic.

Living Room Looking at Entrance
The location of the villa is mostly foggy and cold all year so the use of a fire place is in daily bases.
18|19
Residential Design
Thats why the clients wanted the fire place an important element in the villa. As shown in the images what seperates the living room from the dining area is a marble piece that i designed for the fire place.

Fireplace Design Looking at Dinning Area
Since my clients are very attached to there culture I decided to add a hint of the Saudi Arabian fabrics and ornaments in the patio, where the everyday gathering is going to take place. Decorating the space with antique vintage pieces that will give the perfect touch of an Arabian outdoor majlis. Of course the view of the beautiful mountains of Lebanon and the Mediterranean sea is breathtaking as well. Adding the fire place in the middle gave the space a perfect getaway in a desert night.
Since this project was a proposal, I offered the clients only one sample of a bedroom that is going to be the prototype of all the guest bedrooms in the house accept of the two master bedrooms.

Residential Design
The house is located in a high mountain area and the family goes there ocasionally, So I tried applying the concept in a very simple way because they will only use it a few weeks in a year.

The reception desk has three stations. It’s designed to grab the guest’s attention when arriving that’s why it’s made out of LED lighting.

Lounge Area is open to the bar for guests to enjoy both spaces. I added pastel colors just to give it more life. But still kept white everywhere. Art Deco ornaments are displayed as screens on windows and the glass dividers between the lounge and bar.
The bar is open to the entrance of the restaurant and the lounge.. It’s close to the elevators too for all guest access. The bottle display is placed by the window for people passing by to notice it, and attracts them to enter.

Hospitality Design
Lighting plays an important role were the bar is laminated just like the reception desk, and over it a very big art deco fixture.
