Extensive experience in ensuring deadlines are met, taking briefings from clients, concepting and schematic design, producing efficient layout plans, and overseeing the production of detailed drawing packages.

The office design leans towards luxury while maintaining its minimalistic vibe. The project presents a perfectly balanced concept. The aim was to maintain the natural contour of the land and its topography while making optimum use of it to serve the design structure and remain environmentally friendly. The resort units are designed to provide a modern yet homogenous feel.

A portion of the design is dedicated to offering Honeymooners units that are more lavish and private. Inspired by the rolling hills of Rwanda, those units are immaculately designed to embrace a private setting while remaining closely connected to the surrounding nature.
The choice of interior design schemes, colors and furniture complements the dominating nature theme. The daylight exposure along with the warm lighting provide a prominent sense of serenity.

Inspired by the Indian culture and aesthetic, Khana Khazana Restaurant is designed to reflect a unique yet practical adaptation of the hometown behind it and the town where it actually is “Kigali, Rwanda”.

The concreted pillars are camouflaged in bamboo wood that extends towards the ceiling, creating an aesthetically pleasing visual effect that mimics a 360 view of an Indian Arch while remaining reliable and cost-friendly.

To leverage the space without making it look cramped, the choice of a U-shaped built-in padded bench is greatly suitable for a sustainable design while the white color gives more exposure to the limited space, and the patterned cushions add vibrancy to it.
To infuse a warm atmosphere while blocking unnecessary light, a wooden pergola with a steel structure is installed with the addition of a few lanterns and spotlights that maintain the warm atmosphere at night. The plantations give the right amount of color while the white gravel and the concrete tiles harmonize well together.

Taking into consideration the nature of the location, the materials are selected to be low maintenance and durable while the tiles are placed under the shower for a good reason. The reception is meant to be welcoming and easy on the eyes; therefore, the color pallet had to be soothing with a hint of vibrance. The sunlight exposure and the indirect light give the space a tranquil atmosphere, making visitors comfortable enough to stay without fidgeting. The furniture selection relies on simplicity and functionality to achieve maximum space leverage.

The building envelope with various protruding white frames becomes the in-between interface that stands out and strikes as unique. The frames with depth not only provide the necessary sun screen, but the resulting visual artistry also evokes imagination. While the frames embrace and display urban life, they also keep private life away from the surrounding environment with a proper yet ambiguous distance.

Along the spine, wide corridors improve traffic flow and reduce confrontation anxiety when moving between classes.

Being surrounded by a one-of-a-kind nature & the fact that The Umusambi Village Cafe is situated in a disabled animal’s reserve put significant weight into how the architecture shouldn’t only be distinctive; it should also seamlessly integrate into its surroundings and contribute to the place.

The Cafe is designed to be inviting and to give away a sense of belonging. The color palette and materials are inspired by the surrounding nature and its very core; hence, earthy tones, raw and eco-friendly materials such as ropes and tree leaves are implemented, adding so much more liveliness to the design.

Everything the place stands for has to be reflected in The Umusambi Village Cafe. Accordingly, the tilted wooden pergola on the roof does not only protect from sun and rain; it provides a sustainable and renewable way of maintaining the space usage by using methods such as water conservation. a rainwater collection system is installed on the roof to collect water which can be stored in a water tank and filtered for reuse.
