A P E R F E C T L OC AT I O N F O R M E E T I N G S , PARTIES, AND WEDDINGS, THE JOHNSTON COUNTY AGRICULTURAL CENTER AUDITORIUM is a 4,900 square foot facility that can seat up to 446 people theater-style or 325 people banquet-style. It has ample parking, and is centrally located in a beautiful country setting. he auditorium has a state-of-the-art audio/visual system with surround sound. System features include: ceiling-mounted projector, large center screen, two additional plasma screens, freestanding and wireless microphones, and sound system for use with system laptop, DVD, and VCR players. In addition to the audio/visual system, a catering kitchen, 1,000 square foot stage, atrium, large patio area, and tables and chairs are included in rental of the auditorium.

For the wedding invitation, a classic invitation in Rose Gold Foil would be designed from Minted.com. While there are plenty of options to select from, this particular invitation provides an elegant introduction to your upcoming wedding. The fonts and wording can be fully customized.
Brian could wear a formal tuxedo complete with a dapper black and white dinner jacket with black lapel. A bow tie is preferred to complete the look. The groomsmen will wear all black tuxedos to compliment the bridesmaid’s dresses and so that the groom will stand out.
Brian’s Groomsmen will wear all black tuxedos to compliment the bridesmaid’s dresses. Bowties are preferred to give the event a formal feel.
bridesmaid fashion Bridesmaids will wear floor length black lace dress with skirt godets. These dresses are dramatic from every angle. The pleated bodice and skirty gives it a glam/gothic flair.
the bride’s bouquet
the bridesmaids’ bouquets Brianna’s bridesmaids will each carry a white simple bouquets of hydrangea. Similar to the attached image they will be 8-10 inches wide wrapped in black satin and finished with pearl pins for an elegant touch!
groom & groomsmen florals Brian will wear an elegant boutonniere made of up roses from the bridal bouquet.
the ceremony layout FOR THE WEDDING CEREMONY, WE WILL USE WHITE PADDED FOLDING CHAIRS FOR guest seating arranged in a semi circle pattern facing the wooden arbor on the lawn. This will create an intimate feel and give all wedding guests a good view of the nuptials taking place in front. Important: This design can only be down if the ground is LEVEL.
the ceremony decor THE WOODEN ARBOR PROVIDED BY THE VENUE WILL BE DRAPED IN WHITE FABRIC. Draping the draping will add a romantic and delicate flair to the structure. To add softeness the ceremony space more (delete), 4 of the large hydrangea arrangements will be placed on each side of the arbor on white columns. They will be of varying heights to frame Brianna and Brian at the altar. White pedestals for 4 elevated arrangements.
the reception layout THE MAIN ROOM OF THE JOHNSTON COUNTY AGRICULTURAL CENTER WILL BE WHERE THE WEDDING RECEPTION W I L L TA K E P L AC E . The dance floor will be in the middle of the room in front of the stage and the sweetheart table will be directly in front of it. Cocktail hour will take place in the hallways closer to the main entrance. We will also place a few cocktail tables outside for guests to enjoy. This will help us to keep the main ballroom closed until Brianna and Brian time get a private view following their pictures and will allow the photographer to get room shots. The layout of the ballroom will consist of all round tables and banquet longs to maximize design and to use the floor space. The wedding cake and DJ will be on the stage so guests have a clear view of both throughout the evening.
the reception Four tables will feature beautiful elevated arrangements from the ceremony to give the room some visual height. All white hydrangea complete with a deep low swag of crystals and draped with crystals at gathering points on 4 tall arrangements.
the t-table design The center of the “T� table will feature a Black trumpet vase with hanging votives, gold branches and crystals and cylinders at the base. This will give you a powerful centerpiece to frame the center of the room and to make a statement when guests first walk in.
For an added wow factor, 2 -18ft long banquet tables will be enhanced using the cylinder vases purchased by the bride. In addition, the T shaped table with 5- 6’s and 3- 6’s candles (low but multitiered cylinders) and small vases of floral.
guest tables There will be 12 round guest tables that will have 8 gold vases for bridesmaids bouquets with trio’s of floating candles to create a full look. Brianna and Brian’s sweetheart table will have a vase for the brides bouquet and a trio of candles.

To bring a modern/deco look, we will use black and gold dinner plates complete with a drapped black rectangular folded napkin. To add another modern element, black goblets will be placed at each setting to give an added touch of place and to pull in the colors from the T-Table arrangement as well as the bridesmaid’s dresses.
lighting & draping TO HIDE THE BLINDS ON THE WINDOWED WALL AND TO SOFTEN THE S TAG E , white draping will be needed. The draping will need to be any where from 14—20ft tall to adequately cover the features. The draping and additional perimeter walls will have blush uplighting to soften the space and for added impact. This will allow you to keep the florescent lights in the ceiling off or at a minimum level for the duration of the event. Candle light will glow from each table and be placed in elegant stemmed votives.
