USES Thermoplast fine is the perfect finishing coat for thermal insulating systems. In addition, it is the ideal finishing coat for several mineral and synthetic substrates. DILUTION Acrilak (water-based acrylic clear sealer): 1:4-1:5 with water Acricolor (water-based acrylic pigmented sealer): 20-40% of water Thermoplast Fine white and base accent: ready-to-use, do not dilute. WARNING Properly mix the product before coloration and application. Do not apply on wet surfaces, wait for a maturation period of 4 weeks normally. SUBASTRATE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION (T=25°C, UR=60%)
The substrate must be perfectly smooth, dry, dust-free, with no humidity and salt stains. On smooth surfaces, apply one coat of Acricolor diluted with a brush or with a roller. On rough surfaces, apply one coat of Acrilak diluted with a brush or with a roller. After 4 hours apply one coat of Thermoplast Fine with plastic or stainless steel trowel from the top to the bottom of the wall in uniform layers. Level the substrate removing eventual exceeding amounts of product. Level the substrate with the same trowel to get a flat and close-grained finishing coat. Drying time: approx. 72 hours depending of the kind of substrate and its absorption rate, in stable environmental conditions.

RECOMMENDATIONS The material must be applied protected from cold and high heat changes during the entire application cycle. Do not apply with air, support and products temperature lower than +5°C or higher than +35°C, nor under direct sun light, nor under superheated surfaces (even if already in shadow). In case of application of colored Thermoplast Fine on thermal insulating systems, check the tint feasibility. It is advisable to complete each work with materials from the same batch of production. TOOLS CLEANING With water, immediately after their use.
The product does not require the label as per the D.L. 65 dated 14/03/03 and following corrections. Use the products as per the security and hygiene procedures rules. Dispose of the empty packaging remaining material in compliance with local laws. Keep the product away from children usage and in an airy place. In case of contact with eyes, wash them immediately with water. In case of ingestion of the products, consult immediately a doctor showing him the can or the label of the product. YIELD Acrilak: 20-30 m2/l, depending on the kind of substrate and its absorption rate. Acricolor: 8-10 m2/l, depending on the kind of substrate and its absorption rate. Thermoplat Fine: 1,8-2,0 kg/m2, depending on the kind of substrate.
