1 – Late Fall Ram Lamb Gadsby 22116
Born: 10-20-22
Sire: PRC 5692
Dam: Gadsby 1833
PRC 5692 was the Champion Ram from this sale in 2021, and went on to be National Champion Ram at the 2021 NAILE. He will be the sire of all our entered ewe lambs this year at the Dorset Sale. This ram is a spitting image of his sire, extremely cool profiled, tremendous bone work. What really sets this ram apart from the others in the barn is his flexibility and movement.
2 – Slick Yearling Ewe Gadsby 2149
Born: 9-3-21
Sire: Gadsby 1825
Dam: Gadsby 1768
Gadsby 1825 is owned in partnership with the Cassell Family. He has made some very interesting slick shorn sheep for both of our programs. This ewe is very smooth made and will make a larger slick yearling ewe, she is kind of a tweener. For a fall yearling ewe, she has a ton of gas left in her tank. She won’t be bringing much white muscle to Greenville.
3 – Early Fall Ewe Lamb Gadsby 22101
Born: 9-20-22
Sire: PRC 5692
Dam: Gadsby 2088
Both of our September ewe lamb entries were born at the end of the month. Gadsby 2088 is sired by Forster 1200, the main stud ram that came with the purchase of the Forster ewes.
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS – U.S. BUYERS: Your local or state veterinarian should be able to update you concerning health requirements for sheep entering your state. The sale veterinarian will prepare standard interstate health papers for transportation between states, but it is the buyer’s responsibility to be cognizant of and adhere to the entrance requirements for his own state. When entry permits are required, this can often be done prior to your arrival at the sale by contacting your state office. Contact your local veterinarian for assistance.

1. Every ram and ewe sold will be guaranteed as a breeder if properly handled. It shall be the responsibility of the buyer to return a non-breeder to the seller in acceptable breeding condition. The seller, after a fair trial and the animal is found to be a non-breeder, shall have the privilege of replacing the ram or ewe with one of equal value or satisfaction of the buyer, or refunding the purchase price. This guarantee shall not apply to any sheep that are shown subsequent to the date of the sale.
2. Notification of non-breeder rams must be made to the seller prior to October 1 following the sale; notification of non-breeder ewes must be made to the seller prior to March 1 following the sale.

Any lambs who drop their lamb’s teeth prior to 12 months of age as determined by their registration paper, shall be replaced with a lamb of equal quality to the satisfaction of the buyer within a reasonable amount of time, or the consignor shall refund the purchase price of the lamb promptly with all fees and percentages levied against such a lamb retained by the sale. It shall be the responsibility of the buyer to notify the consignor, and then the sale manager, if such a problem occurs. Any consignor failing to comply by this rule shall automatically be barred from consigning any sheep in the following sale.
4. In the event any ewe represented as being open lambs within 140 days from date of sale, seller agrees to refund to the buyer the full purchase price, or buying credit, or replacement ewe, upon delivery of the ewe and lamb(s) back to the seller.
5. Neither the Sale Managers nor the sponsoring organization can or will assume any responsibility as to the authenticity of the pedigrees or bloodline information provided in the sale catalog, on pen cards, or otherwise, and the subsequent genetic performance of any sheep purchased. All such information must be accepted at face value. Any special guarantees or claims offered by individual consignors is strictly between the consignor and the buyer, and will not be enforced by the Sale Managers or the sponsoring organization.
6. This guarantee shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller only, and no other parties assume any liability, legal or otherwise, expressed or implied. The sale manager will attempt to assist in disputes if requested by either party.
4 – Early Fall Ewe Lamb
Gadsby 22103
Born: 9-22-22
Sire: PRC 5692
Dam: Forster 1717
This fall is a maternal sister to the 2021 Junior Champion at this sale. Both early fall ewes coming are big bodied and come from extremely strong maternal lines.
5 – Late Fall Ewe Lamb
Gadsby 22105
Born: 10-3-22
Sire: PRC 5692
Dam: Gadsby 1948
This late fall ewe lamb is going to be extremely hard to part with. She comes from the same female line as Madelyn Syme’s fall ewe lamb that she successfully showed in 2021, including Reserve at All-American. This female is super stout, opened up and still feminine in her front third.
6 – Ewe Entry
We did not breed for early September lambs this year so much of the selection for this entry will come from the October group. Watch Greenleaf Valley FB page for pictures and updates.

This ram has “stud buck” written all over him. Stout made, easy keeping and long bodied while still offering a show ring look. With a “P.D.” son for a sire and an “In the Weeds” half sister for a dam, his pedigree has proven itself within the breed. We think he can make an impact in your program!
129 – Fall Yearling Ewe
Myerscough Sheep Farm 2124
Born: 9-3-21 Tw. RR
Sire: Pope Dorsets 483
Dam: Myerscough Sheep Farm 2009
It was never in the plans to let this one go, but we decided we wanted to offer a nice yearling ewe in the National Sale. Rich in Indiana Dorset breeders, this ewe’s pedigree features Pope, McDaniel and Thistledown genetics spread throughout. Her sister sold to Sean Beskid in the IL Dorset Sale last year and we think you will be a happy with this ewe in the lambing barn as he is with her sister!

Born: 9-7-22 Tw. _R
Sire: Myerscough Sheep Farm 2012
Dam: Myerscough Sheep Farm 1823
This one will be hard to see leave the farm. A barn favorite since she was born. She offers a freaky look without sacrificing mass and power. Out of our home raised “In the Weeds” half brother and a “Rainmaker” granddaughter, this ewes pedigree talks-the-talk while she walks-the-walk. We showed her full sister last year with great success and expect her new owners can so the same this year!
131 – Late Fall Ewe Lamb
Myerscough Sheep Farm 2246
Born: 10-10-22
Sire: Myerscough Sheep Farm 2012
Dam: Trail Run Dorsets 2007
Our lone October ewe lamb may be the baby of the group, but we feel her best days are ahead! Sired by an “In the Weeds” half brother and dammed by a Trail Run ewe we showed a few summers ago, her pedigree is sure fun to read. If Michael was still a junior, this one would be making the trip to Madison with us this summer!
134 – Slick Ram Lamb

Born: 12-10-22 Tw. RR
Sire: “Tap Out” Warntjes 1040
Dam: Crego 9096 ET WOW what can we say! We have had a lot of people asking us to bring good ones and we dug deep here. This guy will be young but just take a glance at this pedigree. Sired by the now deceased and infamous “Tap Out” and dammed by an ET Sister to Crego “Revolution”. If you’re looking for a stud to take you to the next level….look no farther! Since there is no split class for slick fall or winter ram lambs, don’t let him slip by you since he still has milk on his whiskers!
135 – Slick Fall Ewe Lamb
Wilfong 22244
Born: 11-20-22 Tw. RR
Sire: “Home Stretch” Wilfong 22069
Dam: Crego 7026
A really nice patterned ewe lamb out of one of the Crego foundation ewes who is a direct daughter of “Evolution” Anderson 3233 that built that entire program from the start. “Home Stretch” was our keeper “Gonzo” son from last spring. He has done a tremendous job taking over in his daddy’s footsteps and stamping them out like cookie cutters! She is young and again at the end of the age for falls here.
136 – Slick Fall Ewe Lamb
Wilfong 22249
Born: 11-21-22 Tw.
Sire: “Home Stretch” Wilfong 22069
Dam: Magee 11085 NA
A cool fronted squared up gal here she is dammed by a Magee ewe we purchased in large group last year, who is sired by “Solo” Shuck 17497 ET the $7500 ½ interest ram at the Elite in 2017 and dammed by the Slack 4212 ewe. She is sired by “Home Stretch” who will be making some waves this summer with lambs on the show circuits! Another in the late fall category but that’s not keeping her from shining!
137 – Slick Winter Ewe Lamb
Wilfong 22260
Born: 12-12-22 Tw. RR
Sire: “Home Stretch” Wilfong 22069
Dam: Crego 0009
Another “Home Stretch” baby dammed by a “Revolution” daughter that traces back to “Hijack” and “Dangerous Game”, she is a baby of the group but one that has a lot of future and promise. Don’t let her age fool ya!
138 – Late Fall Ewe Lamb Wilfong 22203
Born: 10-20-22 Tw.
Sire: “Wild Bill” Pine Knob 2026
Dam: Wilfong 2040

141 – Fall Yearling Ram
TSF 6521
Born: 9-12-21 RR
Sire: NSF 1914
Dam: Poynter Sheep Farm TF-3
With Nichols genetics on the top side and Poynter on the bottom, this rams pedigree makes for an interesting combination. We liked it so much that we used this buck on a couple ewes and he rewarded us with several top end ewe lambs. Take a good look at this one. We don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
142 – Early Fall Ram Lamb
TSF 6822
Born: 9-2-22
Sire: Crouch 2015 “Captain Morgan”
Dam: TSF 3420
Three of the hottest sires from the last decade, “Doctors Orders”, “In the Weeds” and “Hot Commodity” highlight the loaded pedigree that comes with this ram. This buck has a lot of gas left in the tank and we think his best days are ahead!
143 – Fall Yearling Ewe
TSF 8621
Born: 10-29-21 RR
Sire: Reynolds Stock Farm 1903
Dam: TSF 0712
When we got the opportunity to use the Reynolds buck, this is exactly the type of ewe we were hoping to get: big ribbed, long bodied, big boned and good hipped all without sacrificing eye appeal and flashiness. Not to mention, her pedigree is as impressive as she is. Don’t miss out on this one.
144 – Late Fall Ewe Lamb
TSF 7722
Born: 10-4-22
Sire: NSF 1914
Dam: Scotch Lane Farm 0648 A.I. If this one’s build doesn’t get you excited, her pedigree definitely will. Typically a ewe like this would never leave our farm but we decided it was time to put one of our very best out there, and that’s what this October ewe lamb is. Look her up, we think you will like what you see.

132 – Slick Yearling Ram
Wilfong 22076
Born: 2-25-22 Tw. RR
Sire: “Gonzo” Wilfong 2055
Dam: Crego 10620
This ram has been a barn favorite since he was a lamb. The 10620 ewe is a very stout made female from the heart of the Crego ewe flock we purchased in 2021. “Gonzo” stamps them out shallow chested, clean fronted, and stout from nose to tail. This dude will do someone a lot of good!
133 – Slick Ram Lamb Wilfong
22221
Born: 11-11-22 Triplet RR
Sire: “Gonzo” Wilfong 2055
Dam: Magee 11078 NA
This lamb was one of the last “Gonzo” lambs born before we lost him. He is dammed by a Magee ewe we purchased in a large group last year. She is a direct daughter of “Solo” Shuck 17497 ET, the $7500 ½ interest ram at the Elite in 2017 and a Huntrod ewe. This guy Is square hipped and shallow chested with the punch of style to make some cool babies! He is young with there not being any class splits for falls on the slick side, he may get out-horsed but I’ll stand behind him any day!
Substitute
A very nice ewe lamb, later born than most but that doesn’t keep her from shining. She is sired by “Wild Bill” the 2020 Jr. Reserve Champion Ram at NAILE who was dammed by the infamous “Annie Oakley” Saylor Twin Oaks 1176, the 2019 National Champion Ewe at NAILE. The girls dam is out of one of the last Lauden Acres ram we called “Big League” that we purchased with the Moore Flock in Missouri in 2019.
139 – Late Fall Ewe Lamb
Wilfong 22209
Born: 10-21-22 Tw.
Sire: “Wild Bill” Pine Knob 2026
Dam: Wilfong 2021
A very nice extended fronted ewe lamb, later born just as the one above but don’t let that keep you from her. She is sired by “Wild Bill” the 2020 Jr. Reserve Champion Ram at NAILE who was dammed by the infamous “Annie Oakley” Saylor Twin Oaks 1176 the 2019 National Champion Ewe at NAILE. This girls dam is out of one of the last Lauden Acres rams we called “Big League” that we purchased with the Moore Flock in Missouri in 2019 and the bottom side is a Penn View ewe who was a “Sloe Gin” daughter. Don’t get many any more with a lot of stacked Saylor Twin Oaks genetics, but here’s one!
140 – Winter Ewe Lamb
Wilfong 22230
Born: 12-11-22 Tw.
Sire: “Wild Bill” Pine Knob 2026
Dam: Wilfong 2090
“Wild Bill” has done a tremendous job for us here on the frame side, so we think its time we part with a few to let his genetics carry on. This December ewe lamb is super green, however, she is super fronted and feminine with an added shot of style. She is one of those you show all summer and taker her home and make a brood ewe just as easy. Her mama is “Concho” daughter tracing back to “Primo”.

160 – Early Fall Ram Lamb
Crouch 2303
Born: 9-3-22 RR
Sire: “In the Weeds” Loenser 3030
Dam: Crome 2711
Crome 2711 has never missed. We have sold over $7,000 in offspring out of her. This ram would be a full brother to “Adele” – the fall ewe lamb Morgan campaigned this past summer. She had quite the run winning her class at AAJS and NAILE to go along with Champion Ewe at the North Central Regional Show. This one is special and has the look to match his pedigree.
161 – Early Fall Ram Lamb
Crouch 2307
Born: 9-6-22 RR
Sire: “Reload” Crouch 1717
Dam: Dover Genetics 1904
This one checks all the boxes for a stud ram. Big, massive, huge foot, sound and good looking. He’ll be an outcross for most flocks out there. The Dover ewe is another can’t miss kind of a ewe in our flock.
162 – Spring Yearling Ewe
Crouch 2219
Born: 3-6-22 Triplet _R
Sire: “Esquire” Thistledown 838
Dam: Crome 2877
Every year it seems like we have a late born yearling that hits her stride about this time of year and surprises all of us. This yearling has show ring written all over her with all kinds of gas left in the tank. She has a presence about her that makes her stand out in our yearling pen. Crome 2877 or “Matilda” as she is known around our farm was the last ewe Megan showed at NAILE and was 3rd Late Fall if I remember right.
163 – Spring Yearling Ewe
Crouch 2215
Born: 2-20-22 Tw. RR
Sire: “In the Weeds” Loenser 3030
Dam: Crome 2611
We lost “In The Weeds” recently, so we shouldn’t be selling yearling ewes out of him. We can’t keep them all. Crome 2611 is a sister to Hazel and has been one of our most productive Crome ewes.
164 – Early Fall Ewe Lamb
Crouch 2302
Born: 9-1-22 RR
Sire: “In the Weeds” Loenser 3030
Dam: Pope Dorsets 608
Pope 608 is an American Legacy daughter we purchased from Michael’s last consignment at Ohio. It will be fun to follow this one this summer.
165 – Early Fall Ewe Lamb
Crouch 2305
Born: 9-5-22 RR
Sire: “Back 40” Crouch 2112
Dam: NSF 1847
Back 40 was Reserve Champion at the 2021 AAJS. He is our replacement for “In the Weeds” and his first lamb crop has been spectacular. Crouch 2305 is one that has been popular with those who visit the farm. She is an elite show prospect that my show crew is not happy parting with.

Born: 9-7-21 RR
Sire:

“Esquire” has been a fruitful cross on our Dover ewes. He has added bone, wool and a cool profile. This ewe is a great combination, as she has Pope and PRF/Moore sires in her lineage to provide the rib shape and an upheaded look.
167 – Spring Yearling Ewe

Born: 2-7-22 Tw. QR

My barn has more feet than I want to trim in it! I have kept several females out of this dam, so this pretty girl can find a new home. A linebred Pope female with Twin Oaks, Haven Point, and Riverwood genetics that balance out an impressive phenotype.

Born: 2-4-22 RR

This ewe will definitely be in the running for best headed ewe. Beautiful headed and a great profiling ewe. TRD 1635 is a full sister to Little Honey. If you follow our genetics, you know how much we think about this ewe line. These will probably be the last ones to sell out of this ewe line as they are starting to get some age on them and will starting adding those back in the flock. Full sib to the yearling ewe below.

Full sib to the ewe mentioned above and material sister to our best headed ewe and class winning yearling at this sale last year that sold to the Youngberg family, IL. I may have lost my mind selling this one. TRD 2017’s twin was our high selling ewe here last year for $4000 that sold to Brown Show Stock, MI. That ewe family has done absolutely tremendous for us and we even used a full brother for spring lambs and we are excited in what we have. The girls call this one Anna and we think she is pretty special.
173 – Late Fall Ewe Lamb
Trail Run Dorsets 2204
Born: 10-1-22 Tw. RR
Sire: “Sam Whiskey” McDaniel 21-1
Dam: Trail Run Dorsets 1630
Full sister to our 3rd place early fall ewe lamb here last year that sold to MHW Farms, IA. This ewe is built just like her except a little prettier package. She is also coming on at entry time and has a bright future ahead of her too. TRD 1630 is also a Romancer daughter. These will most likely be the last Sam Whiskey daughters to sell so don’t miss your chance on getting one.
