Successful acquisition of Grand Casino Belgrade
NOVOMATIC AG Group has acquired a 51% stake in Grand Casino d.o.o., a company based in Belgrade, as of 3 November 2022. The Grand Casino Belgrade is one of only two live gaming casinos in Belgrade with currently around 150 machines, 20 live gaming tables and 3 restaurants. In addition to a renewal of the technical infrastructure, a modernisation of the casino will follow in the months after the takeover. In the future, it will welcome its guests as Casino FlaminGo Beograd.

Die NOVOMATIC AG-Gruppe hat mit Stichtag 3. November 2022 durchgerechnet 51% an der Gesellschaft Grand Casino d.o.o. mit Sitz in Belgrad erworben. Das Grand Casino Belgrad ist eines von insgesamt nur zwei Live-Gaming Casinos in Belgrad mit aktuell rund 150 Maschinen, 20 Live Gaming Tischen und 3 Restaurants. Neben einer Erneuerung der technischen Infrastruktur wird in den Monaten nach der Übernahme auch eine Modernisierung des Casinos folgen. Künftig wird es seine Gäste als Casino FlaminGo Beograd empfangen.

Greentube USA LLC is celebrating the successful acquisition of the assets of Present Creative USA LLC, a company based in the USA. The closing took place on November 16, 2022. Present Creative is a US-based game development studio with a proven track record in the iGaming and iLottery industries and valuable experience in real money gaming and casual gaming. The strategic objective of the acquisition is to achieve greater market penetration and presence in the US online gaming market with Present Creative's experience and expertise. The acquisition also continues Greentube's growth strategy in North America. Greentube USA LLC feiert den erfolgreichen Erwerb der Vermögenswerte der Gesellschaft Present Creative USA LLC mit Sitz in den USA. Das Closing fand am 16. November 2022 statt. Present Creative ist ein US-amerikanisches Spieleentwicklungsstudio, welches eine nachweisliche Erfolgsbilanz in der iGaming- und iLottery-Branche verzeichnet und wertvolle Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Real Money Gaming und Casual Gaming mitbringt. Das strategische Ziel der Akquisition ist, eine stärkere Marktdurchdringung und Marktpräsenz am US-amerikanischen Online-Gaming Markt mit der Erfahrung und dem Know-How von Present Creative zu erreichen. Mit der Akquisition wird zudem Greentube’s Wachstumsstrategie in Nordamerika weiter fortgesetzt.
