OPEN HOUSE Every weekend I host one or two Open Houses at the properties that I have listed for sale either in Miami-Dade County or in Broward County. Call me to know at which property I will be hosting the Open House so we can meet there and show it to you, and to go over your real estate needs

INVESTMENT PROPERTIES The owners of a multifamily property called me because they were experiencing a loss with their investment. The property was barely breaking even by a few dollars and they needed to take action as soon as possible. They asked me to help them stop loosing money. I created a comprehensive matrix and went over the each item. I found several items, drafted an urgent plan of action to correct and reduce costs, recommended several improvements to the units and the building, and produced a chart with the current figures and the next 1 and 2 years. In 4 months, the property’s finances got stabilized and the profit increased 2.5% points in its CAP Rate.

NO BOUNDARIES As most of you know, throughout my entire life, I was born and raised, and worked in an international environment. Thanks to the use of technology I keep in contact with my long list of family members and friends, and so many connections scattered all over the world. Florida is the HUB where we all gather together. I also connect them with my selected real estate partners in any of the 50 estates for the sell or purchase of their properties in the USA. It is so frequent for me, on any given day, to be on the phone, text, or video conference with any of my customers in Europe, The Philippines, Canada, South America, the Caribbean or Asia dealing with the sell or purchase or properties.
