OPEN HOUSE Every weekend I host one or two Open Houses at the properties that I have listed for sale either in Miami-Dade County or in Broward County. Call me to know at which property I will be hosting the Open House so we can meet there and show it to you, and to go over your real estate needs

INVESTMENT PROPERTIES The owners of a multifamily property called me because they were experiencing a loss with their investment. The property was barely breaking even by a few dollars and they needed to take action as soon as possible. They asked me to help them stop loosing money. I created a comprehensive matrix and went over the each item. I found several items, drafted an urgent plan of action to correct and reduce costs, recommended several improvements to the units and the building, and produced a chart with the current figures and the next 1 and 2 years. In 4 months, the property’s finances got stabilized and the profit increased 2.5% points in its CAP Rate.

NO BOUNDARIES As most of you know, throughout my entire life, I was born and raised, and worked in an international environment. Thanks to the use of technology I keep in contact with my long list of family members and friends, and so many connections scattered all over the world.
