Florida (July 23, 2017) Based on the monthly research of the Real Estate market during the first 6 months of 2017 in the Miami-Dade County, we noted an increase in the inventory. It shows that by the end of June 2017, 1,117 active homes and 2,085 condos for a total of 3,202 properties for sale. As compared to the market by the end of May 2017, that represents an increase of the 21% of homes and of 10% of condos for sale that are new in the market.

During the first 6 months of 2017, the Florida Licensed Real Estate Agents sold 13,806 units, 7,332 homes and 6,474 condos.

Florida (July 23, 2017) Based on the monthly research of the Real Estate market during the first 6 months of 2017 in the Broward County, we noted an increase in the inventory. It shows that by the end of June 2017, 1,155 active homes and 1,423 condos for a total of 2,578 properties for sale. As compared to the market by the end of May 2017, that represents an increase of the 26% of homes and of 17% of condos for sale that are new in the market.

It showed an increase in the number of units sold during the last 3 months.
