DELICIOUS RECIPES PREFACE

Nowadays we always need new recipes to cheer our tables, and many times it is necessary to prepare tasty dishes and we have no ideas; In this way, we have prepared some delicious recipes for you ranging from pizzas, cakes, desserts and creams, all very simple things to prepare and in a short time, when, usually, a few guests arrive in the house and we can not offer anything inviting, We do not have bread to accompany our food? A pizza solves everything, to switch to a sweet cream. In short, if we want to set a meal is simple, just have clear ideas.

BAKED CHICKPEANS FOR A PERFECT APERITIF Usually, at an aperitif, you have to deal with many different foods, But what if we wanted to bring something different to the table? Well, I’m talking about baked chickpeas, cooked in an unusual way. But let’s see the recipe, very simple.

You can also cook them from buckets, if you want something more genuine, however those already cooked, which you normally find in supermarkets, are fine. Wash them under running water, after putting them in a colander, once drained, and since they should be dried very well, spread out sheets of kitchen paper, pour the chickpeas and dry them well with paper. Once dry, put them in a bowl, and here comes the part where each of us will put what he likes, we talk about spices. We can put a teaspoon of cumin, one of spicy paprika, some garlic and onion powder, salt, and a little oil to make everything knead. However, put what you like, the spices you prefer, you can replace


the spicy paprika with the sweet one and curry, you can also make two types of chickpeas, seasoned differently. Once done, mix everything well with a spoon, then if you have the air fryer, prepare it, with a sheet of baking paper on the bottom, not to dirty it too much and pour yourself chickpeas, divide them well, so the air will pass and I will make them crunchy. Now turn the temperature on at one hundred ninety/ two hundred degrees, for eleven minutes. While the fryer is running, open the drawer check the cooking and stir the chickpeas a little, also because not all air fryers are the same, so maybe the temperature for one, can be exact, and for another be too high. If you do not have the air fryer, you can put them in the oven at home, always at a temperature of one hundred and ninety/two hundred degrees, but this time cook them for more time, thirteen/fifteen minutes. After cooking, the chickpeas will be crunchy, ready to be poured into a serving dish and served to your guests, who will compliment you on this original recipe. E.. Happy aperitif!

BAKED POTATO PIZZA... DELICIOUS!


INGREDIENTS 4 big potatoes 2 leeks or onion 1 carrot 2 eggs 1 glass of kefir or white yogurt to drink Sal and pepper q.b. 200 gr. white flour Evo oil 2 medium cherry tomatoes 200 gr. cheese (emmenthal, provolone) Parsley q.b.


PREPARATION Prepare four pretty big potatoes, grate all with a mandolin. We take a bowl, pour the grated potatoes, and then cover them with water, turning them a little with hands, and let's let it rest for twenty minutes. Put two leeks or onions, to your taste, cut into slices, in a pan with oil, and fry for two or three minutes. Meanwhile, we put a carrot in the grattuggia, and we add it to the leek, cook for another five minutes. Now let's go back to the potatoes, drain them well, removing the water residues, and put them in a large bowl. We add the mixture of carrots and leeks and let's mix. In another bowl we break two eggs, a glass of Kefir, or white yogurt to drink, salt and pepper just enough, and mix with a whisk, then we add two hundred grams of white flour, pouring it little by little, always mixing with the whisk, and two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. The dough will be soft and we will add it to the potatoes, always turning everything with a spatula. Now we take the baking tray, cover it with sheets of parchment paper, and brush it with olive oil. Pour the dough flattening it on the entire surface of the pan, and bake, whith hot oven, at 180 degrees, for twentyfive minutes. The pizza will be cooked with a first cooking, meanwhile we prepare the rest of the ingredients. We take two average tomatoes, we slice them, after washing them, and having removed the center. Always with the mandolin, grate two hundred grams of cheese to your taste, for example: emental, sweet provolone, or others. After twenty-five minutes of cooking the pizza, remove it from the oven, and add the sliced tomatoes and cheese, then put it back in the oven for another fifteen minutes, always at one hundred and eighty degrees. When the pizza is cooked, we take a bunch of parsley and chop it, dusting it on over. Let’s cut the pizza into squares, and let's put them on a serving plate, let's serve it this way... and enjoy your meal!

POTATO CAKE WITH ONION, A HUGE DELIGHT


INGREDIENTS 4 POTATOES 2 RED ONIONS SUNFLOWER OIL 1 PEPPER ONE HUNDRED GRAMS STRINGY CHEESE PROVOLONE, FONTINA, MOZZARELLA FOR PIZZA 2 EGGS SALT AND PEPPER Q.B. 3 TEASPOONS OF CORN STARCH PREPARATION We take four potatoes, first kept in a bowl with water. Grate them with a mandolin and then put them again, in a basin full of water to rinse. Then


drain them of all liquids. Let's cut into slices, two red onions, put some sunflower oil in a low pan, and throw the onions to cook. We clean a pepper and cut it at slices, we will put it to fry together with onions. Mix all the mixture and then add salt. Put a low frying pan on the fire, greasing it with sunflower oil, once the oil is heated, put half of the potato mixture inside, arrange it well in a circle, up to the edge of the pan, and give it the shape of a cake. On top we will put a layer, with a part of the cheese, the peppers with the onions, then again the rest of the cheese, and finally, the other half of the potatoes. We're going to shape it just like a layer cake. Once the underside is cooked, we will turn it over with a plate, to cook the other side. Once cooked, we will serve it on a serving plate, and voilà! It will be a savory pie, cooked in a pan, very delicious. Recommended!

PAN-COOKED BREAD IN 10 MINUTES


INGREDIENTS 220 GR. OF YOGURT 200MML. OF WARM WATER 10 GR. OF YEAST POWDER 480 GR. MADE WITH FLOUR 1 SPOON OF SALT EQUAL TO 8 GR. 1 SPOON OF VEGETABLE OIL 1 TRANSPARENT FOOD BAG EVO OIL Q.B. PREPARATION In a bowl, put the yogurt, warm water, baking powder, flour, salt and vegetable oil. We turn everything with a spatula, until the dough is blended, then continue to knead with our hands. The mixture should be soft. Add a spoonful of vegetable oil, and keep kneading until it becomes a nice round ball of dough. You don't have to wait for the dough to rise. Let's start right


away, pouring it onto a floured surface. We crush it with our hands making it oval, and we cut it in two along the long side. Cut the two pieces of dough into ten parts and make balls. Put them in a transparent food bag, or cover with transparent paper, this to prevent the dough from drying out. Now take the balls one by one, and roll them out with a rolling pin, keeping the round shape, with a diameter of fifteen to twenty centimeters. Prepare them all like this, and use flour to work them, otherwise they will stick to the work surface. Once they are all spread out in round discs, let's cook. Take a flat frying pan, heat it, and put the pasta discs until it is full. Cook over medium heat, and occasionally turn them over to the other side, so that they become well cooked. At one point: surprise! The loaves will start to puff up, and puff up. Turn them again, and when they are all cooked enough, place them on a serving plate and with a brush, spread the olive oil on all the surfaces of the breads. This is a quick, delicious recipe, and you'll save a lot of money by making bread at home, and with just a few ingredients.

EASY RECIPE FOR A DELICIOUS DINNER Many times with just a few ingredients you get incredible results. With this recipe you will amaze whoever you have for dinner. But let's see what it is right now.


INGREDIENTS 3 BIG POTATOES 300 GR. OF CHEDDAR CHEESE 500 GR. OF MINCED BEEF 1 ONION 3 RED PEPPERS 3 CLOVES OF GARLIC 25 GR. OF TOMATO SAUCE 1 SPOON OF TOMATO CONCENTRATE CHILI PEPPER, BLACK PEPPER, CUMIN, THYME, CHOPPED PARSLEY AND SALT VEGETABLE OIL Q.B.


PREPARATION Take three potatoes, large enough, which in total make about nine hundred grams. Cut them lengthwise into slices. Grate three hundred grams of Cheddar cheese in julienne strips. Take the pan of your oven, and cover it with parchment paper, and sprinkle it with cheese. Then arrange the potatoes on top, lined up along the width of the potato, along the pan, and slightly overlapping one on the other. Put a little salt and brush the potatoes with two tablespoons of vegetable oil. Bake in the oven for thirty minutes at two hundred degrees. Meanwhile, let's prepare the filling. In a saucepan we put: two tablespoons of vegetable oil, pour five hundred grams of minced meat, and let it cook, until it browns, add an onion cut into small pieces, and three red peppers, cut into small pieces, mix well. We combine three minced garlic cloves, twenty-five grams of tomato sauce, plus a spoonful of tomato paste, mix everything well and let it cook. Also insert: chilli pepper, black pepper, cumin, thyme, salt and finally, chopped parsley. This will give the meat an amazing aroma. We continue cooking until the end. Once the time has passed, the potatoes in the oven will be ready. We put a layer of meat, on top of the potatoes, then a layer of cheese, one of meat, and finally more cheese. Let's roll up all the contents, using the oven paper placed underneath. A fairly large roll will come. We will put a little more cheese and parsley on top, over the whole length of the roll, and in the oven again, for ten minutes at two hundred degrees. After cooking, remove the pan, and a magnificent aroma will develop, so good that your neighbors will envy it. Cut it into slices, serve and enjoy!

SUGAR FREE BANANA CREAM We have seen, many times, how much sugar is bad for your health. Today we will create a recipe without sugar, a banana cream, which you can use in small glasses, or small bowls, covering it with chopped almonds, or dark


chocolate flakes, or with other fruit. If you can make capcakes without sugar, you can fill them with this cream. But let's move on to the recipe.

INGREDIENTS 5 BANANAS 50 GR. OF BUTTER 300 ML OF MILK 50 GR. CORN STARCH (OR 100 GR. OF WHEAT FLOUR) VANILLA ESSENCE 500ML. WHIPPED CREAM


PREPARATION Take five bananas and cut them into slices, meanwhile put fifty grams of butter in a saucepan, add the sliced bananas and let them boil for two minutes. While they cook, puree the bananas with an immersion blender. After two minutes, remove the saucepan from the heat, add a little of the three hundred milliliters of milk at room temperature, which we will use later, together with fifty grams of corn starch, and three egg yolks. If you want to replace corn starch with wheat flour, the grams will be one hundred. Mix with a whisk, pouring the remaining milk, from the whisk we pass to the immersion blender, and blend everything, a beautiful yellow cream will be formed. Now return the saucepan to the heat, adding a teaspoon of vanilla essence, bring to the boil, stirring, it will thicken. Once this action is over, remove from the heat, and pour the banana cream into a glass or steel container, cover it with transparent paper, and let it cool, then put it in the fridge for at least two hours. Now, to create a little creaminess, whip aside five hundred milliliters of whipped cream, very cold, and add the banana cream to the same bowl with the cream. Once removed from the fridge, blend it in a container because, after it has been cooled it will have become hard, and will have to be made creamy again. Blend all the ingredients, and here is your sugar-free banana cream, ready to be served in shot glasses, or whatever. Please, this cream is not suitable for filling multi-level cakes.

CREAMY SWISS LEMONADE Today we are talking about this very good Swiss lemonade, which is not Swiss, but is Portuguese. How come? You ask! This thing goes back a long time, because the relationship between Switzerland and the Portuguese Republic is characterized whit an mutual sympathy. Social exchange is an aspect of great importance between these two nations, due to the high number of Portuguese citizens residing in Switzerland, today around two hundred and sixty thousand. And by the Swiss present as tourists in


Portugal. So, from this special relationship, this Portuguese recipe was born, which called Swiss, this lemonade.

INGREDIENTS 4 LIME 800ML. OF WATER 395 GR. CONDENSED MILK ICE PREPARATION We take four lime, cut the two ends and then we will make it into four wedges each, removing the central white part of the wedge. Once this operation is finished, we will put all the lime cut into wedges in a blender. Add eight hundred milliliters of water, close, and blend for two minutes.


Then we filter with a sieve, to remove all the solid parts, and leave the liquid. Pour the liquid part into the blender, add three hundred and ninetyfive grams of condensed milk, ice to taste, and blend for another two minutes. We transfer the mixture into a glass jug, or into a bottle, as you like, be aware that the yield of this lemonade will be one and a half litres. Pour it immediately into glasses to enjoy it with friends. This creamy lemonade will be a sweet surprise for your summer evenings, or an afterdinner dessert, which will leave you with that fresh lemon taste in your mouth.

THE COFFEE CREAM YOU ALWAYS WANTED TO COOK We usually consume it at the bar, creamy, sweet and with coffee, but today we will make it at home, so we can share it with our family and friends. It is done in a flash, and we get a result that everyone will like.


INGREDIENTS 1 GLASS OF MOKA COFFEE 40 GR. OF SUGAR 300 GR. OF CREAM FOR CAKES BITTER CACUS

PREPARATION Let's take a container and pour the cold cream for desserts into it, whip it with whisks. The method of whipping the cream can be different, from person to person, it can be whipped softer or thicker, this is up to you to decide. We continue with the recipe, we incorporate the sugar into the cream, and we continue to whip, finished with the sugar we pass to the


coffee, we mix everything well, and the coffee cream is ready. For people who cannot drink regular coffee, it is possible to use the decaffeinated one, it will be a deca coffee cream. Now take the glasses, you can pour the cream, either with a pastry bag, it will be a little more scenic, or with a spoon. Sprinkle with a little cocoa powder on top. And here you go, our glasses with coffee cream are ready, and the people who taste it will be amazed by the goodness, a fresh and good cream for every occasion. VERY GOOD!

APPLE BUTTER Have you ever heard of apple butter? Apple butter exists, and is used to be added to desserts of all kinds, and more. For example, it will help the tart to have that flavour, which will make it delicious. The recipe is very simple.


INGREDIENTS 10 APPLES CINNAMON PREPARATION Let's take ten apples, peel them, remove the core, and cut them into small pieces. Then put them in a saucepan, add some cinnamon and don't put sugar, because the fruit already contains fructose. We light the fire very low, they will have to cook slowly for forty minutes, turning them once in a while, and if necessary we will add a little water, but be careful that in the end, the apples must have absorbed the liquid. We also put a lid on top. Once cooked, let's blend them in a mixer, here's our apple butter ready. Let's put it in a glass jar, and then in the fridge, so you can use it, when you need it, to make some sweets, or even spread it on slices of toasted bread, for your breakfast.


DELICIOUS PANCAKE SOFT AS A SUFFLÉ


INGREDIENTS 1 EGG 15 GR. OF MILK 5 GR. SALT VANILLA 17 GR. WHITE FLOUR 5 GR. LEMON JUICE SUGAR Q.B. OIL Q.B. BERRIES PREPARATION Take an egg, divide it with the white in a bowl, and the red we will go to work it in another with: fifteen grams of milk, five grams of salt, a little vanilla, to flavor, and seventeen grams of white flour. Mix everything until the mixture becomes a cream. In the other bowl, where we have the egg white, we will add five grams of lemon juice, the sugar that we are going to incorporate, will be to your liking, since the result will be two types of pancakes, adjust if you want them sweeter or less sweet. Once the weight of the sugar has been defined, we will go on whipping the egg white for three minutes, in the first minute and a half we will add it as follows: a third after thirty seconds, another third after another thirty seconds, and again after thirty seconds, the remainder; continue whipping for the remaining minutes. At the end we will have the egg white until stiff, and we will incorporate it into the other compound, little by little, and turning from the bottom up, creating a soft cream. Now take a non-stick pan, pour a little oil, and grease it all with a brush. Take an ice cream scoop, make two balls of dough and put them separately in the pan, then add another ball on top of


each one, be careful not to let them slip. Cook for five minutes, turn them carefully, and let them finish cooking for four minutes, then turn off the heat for two minutes. Serve them with berries and you will have two soft, delicious pancakes, taller than usual, for a perfect breakfast. If you want to increase the quantities, that will be enough double the doses, so you can let your friends taste these delicious pancakes.
