EUROPEAN MARKETING AND SALES DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM Our two-year Marketing and Sales Development Program offers a unique and exciting opportunity to kick-off your marketing and sales career at Cummins. You will work on a number of exciting six-month assignments across designated business units within Europe. Challenging rotations from the outset will enable you to learn very quickly. At the end, you will be armed with a breadth of experience to position you for a future leadership role in the company. Your rotation program will be customised and aligned to recognise your strengths and career goals. Your rotations will provide an unparalleled opportunity to gain experience across our product portfolio and business. Your personal development will be enhanced by a mentor from within the European leadership team and carefully monitored through Cummins Performance Management System.


WHAT YOU WILL DO We will work with you to understand your aspirations and develop a personalised rotation path that will be both challenging and rewarding. It will consist of specific assignments from the list below.

» Sales Account and Territory Management » Product Planning » Product Management » Pricing » Marketing Communications » Market Strategy and Planning At the end of your two years you will have the experience, connections and skills that will ensure you excel in whatever marketing and sales career you choose, in whichever area of business you choose. The opportunities are only limited by your aspirations.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS To take part in our recruitment process for this program, you’ll need:

» A genuine interest in developing your career in Marketing and Sales for a world leading organisation

» To be globally mobile » Fluency in English and ideally at least one other European language

» Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, International Relations, Business Administration, Economics or Languages
