There’s a strong connection between our diesel and power generation technicians, apprentices, service writers, parts specialists, sales, finance and IT teams, management, and engineers at each of our Sales and Service branches. You’ll build connections with our customers and our corporate headquarters, but it all works through our support of each other.

KEY ROLES AT SALES AND SERVICE LOCATIONS DIESEL ENGINE SERVICE TECHNICIANS AND POWER GENERATION SERVICE TECHNICIANS Our technicians work in modern shops, out of our well-equipped service vehicles, and at customer locations. Training, support, and state-of-the-art diagnostic tools ensure you can service your customers and grow your career.
SERVICE SUPERVISORS Our leaders get to know our customers, technicians, tools, and technology to ensure excellent customer service. Your career can take different paths to and from this critical position.
PARTS AND WAREHOUSE TEAM Our customers depend on us to have the parts they need at the counter, in the shop, or on the service truck. You’ll be part of a team that plays a key role in our customers’ success.

SALES AND ENGINEERING Focused on integrated customer solutions, our experienced sales team works with our application engineers to ensure we leverage the best Cummins technology for their power needs.
HR, FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Reporting, Forecasting, Cost Accounting, and Business Simulations are all rolled up to our headquarters, where you can directly affect our bottom line.
SUPPLY CHAIN AND PURCHASING Integrated into our corporate system, you’ll ensure all the right tools, supplies, parts, and service providers are available for our team to support our customers.

SALES AND SERVICE PROGRAMS Cummins Sales and Service offers several programs to individuals interested in furthering their career with Cummins.
TECHNICIAN APPRENTICE PROGRAM The Cummins Technician Apprentice Program is a government-registered apprentice program. The program is geared toward apprenticeships for power generation technicians and engine technicians. A collaboration between Cummins, community colleges, the U.S. Department of Labor and, in some states, the local department of labor.
SCHOOL TO WORK PROGRAM The School to Work program at Cummins is a partnership with high school vocational and technical automotive or diesel programs to identify talented students during their high school years. Students selected for the program can work in Cummins facilities after reaching legal working age.
