With spring, like always, comes the Midland Empire Home Builders Association Parade of Homes. This year, the builder members have for your touring enjoyment eighteen new homes! These homes are located throughout St Joseph and southern Andrew County. After speaking with some lending professionals in the area this week, I was happy to hear that 15 year home mortgage rates are at 3.375% and 30 year rates are at 4.125%. Although these rates are not at the very lowest in history, they are similar to rates that our parents paid 40 years ago. With these low rates still being a current reality, now is a great time for you to buy a home. All 18 homes are high in quality, and our builders ensure good customer service.
