LOOK, NAME, DISTRIBUTION AREA!

Greetings from Downeast Maine! I’m glad to see you have picked up The Real Estate Book and are perusing the listings. I felt a need to explain the differences in this book, and going forward, for those of you who are familiar with the book. Starting with this issue, TREB of Hancock and Washington Counties is becoming TREB of Hancock & Washington Counties and The Great Bangor Area. This new area will encompass Bangor, Dover-Foxcroft, Newport, Old Town, Hampden, Brewer and other surrounding towns outside of Bangor.

Recently the book which covered Penobscot and Piscataquis Counties was closed. It just seemed like the perfect solution for my book to expand into the Bangor area to continue providing the marketing services they were accustomed to, while at the same time increasing the visibility for the Hancock and Washington listings.

Along with the real estate listings you expect to find in a TREB, I am working to provide homeowners and prospective buyers with professional resources that will assist them in whatever type of transaction they are preparing for, such as, banking, appraisals, inspections, contractors, etc. If you know of someone who is looking for a marketing solution or real estate resources, please lend them your book when you are finished!
