Is the home likely going to cater to a family coming from the West Side of Vancouver if the home is situated in West Vancouver or Edgemont Village. If so, proper marketing and advertising vehicles are put in place, not solely depending on the MLS system to drive traffic to your house.

Defining a homes target market is the first key identifying objective. Defining this target is crucial when deciding on where to market the home.

SPREADING THE WORD How are we driving viewings / visits to your home, how are we influencing them and their agents (communicating to over 6000 Chinese agents) via email and or through mail communication to the Chinese Agents Real Estate office. Is the buyer coming from the neighbourhood (just around the corner) - if you can target a person who’s not looking through peaking their interests to get that specific person to have a look at what your house offers versus theirs right in your own neighbourhood, this is what needs to happen.

WHO’S BUYING? Is the buyer coming from out of town / overseas (Eastern Canada Beijing and or Europe)? If the Buyer is Chinese, are they a landed resident or a permanent Chinese local resident currently living on the West Side or Richmond.
