USE CASE

➢ AHRQ Grant - Mt. Sinai, UPMC, Toronto Sick Kids, RealTime Clinic RealTime Clinic is integrated with a novel health-related quality of life (HRQOL) tool for pediatric liver transplant recipients. The PeLTQL (Pediatric Liver Transplant Quality of Life), a 26-item disease-specific HRQOL questionnaire for patients ages 8-17 years, as well as their parents. The PeLTQL has been shown to correlate with scores for anxiety and depression during validation testing alongside validated anxiety and depression measures.

RealTime Clinic will also be used to conduct telehealth visits with patients as well.

USE CASE ➢ FCC Covid19 Fund - UPMC, RealTime Clinic, Sano Health In partnership with Sano Health and RealTime Clinic, Inc., UPMC Children’s will now receive 400 mobile devices with data connectivity, adherence apps and post-transplant educational materials for families. Awarded first six grants and first children's hospital to receive funding. ➢ FCC Covid19 Fund - Mt. Sinai, RealTime Clinic, Samsung RealTime Clinic app is integrated within Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1” (2019, WiFi + Cellular) Full HD Corner-to-Corner Display, 32GB 4G LTE. GSM Unlocked. The tablets will then be sent to 50 patients/parents for followup care via telehealth.
