Everyone has their own lights Turn them on!

TURN ON THE LIGHTS if you have tried something new and you've found it hasn't' been working well in a way you'd love to see. someone suggests to step back, resume to the same old you. i asked whether it was going to be that boring. he said may be it could help you to remember or know who you used to be again. i think it's a good idea, but to add up new perspective, i am gonna bring them all down and try another new thing too. let's see ya. it may takes time, but i will try. exploration can pay off, and it is a good time. everyone has their own lights, turn them on. we will make it beautiful in our ways, draw it from what we see. not 'a perfectionist', instead 'the impressionist'. in this fresh brand new january... love - nuan

matter, it does not

matter, it does not

It’s you to tell MATTER MATTER MATTER

, IT DOES

It’s you to identify MATTER MATTER MATTER

, IT DOES NOT

5..4..3..2..1... it was counting down. i was at home with my family, doing nothing, watching tv, having dad's home-made food, spending time with my mom with a little bit of house decoration, enjoying the 'free' and trying on reading again. it was raining for the whole week.. man! what a lazy holidays.

i had extremely felt satisfied about myself from doing nothing though. when i came to realize that sometime in order to do something, you need to do nothing. all you need to do is to focus before you start. and i think i did the 'focus' too. the truth was i was back to singapore with loads of plans, excitement about the plans and new hopes to the plans. i precisely felt that i was back to be a cool me with the fresher perspective again. it was a good time, because i left year 2008 and i was ready to start. and it was a good time, because.. i.. wanted to start, and slowly i have done, it's been great so far, and i am happy about it.

DRAW IT FROM WHAT YOU SEE

LOOK AT IT AT THE DIFFERENT SIDES

FLIP IT THE PERSPECTIVE

though i was back to the busy schedule; damn busy at work, and i couldn't sleep for the first 7 nights until i was sick over the weekend, i still wanted to keep myself awake for reading. there were some books i brought and managed to finish almost of them rightly as planned. this time i picked "remember me" by sophie kinsella, "the great impressionist of monet" by surapong boonnak, "being martha stuart" by saruthaya w., "now i understand" by naiyana nestler, "writing about japan" by prapda yoon, and "at least" by pen-eak rattanaruang. they are quite varied huh..

i find myself seemed to be so into the literature this day. actually another one still left; "the undercover economist" by tim harford is waiting for me to finish. not sure why none of them is a real novel this time. i remember dad used o tell it's good to let it clean your mind. it could be any soap stories, or fictions. not all the chapters are attracted. or what the story is trying to tell will not be different from what you've known, as normally the same clues they will go with. but the point here is that you spend time on reading, things you've known could be differently reminded by the writing language. you will see how beautiful literature works in its way. and that is so much interesting.

may be this is the reason why my jan's msg is this late; i have been reading too much; books, magazine, journal, news. i have collected what i wrote, noted some interesting pieces and keeping those touched song phrases. if you could see my little notebooks, there are many pages fulled of disconnected lines and stories. i thought i could tentatively use them as an inspiration somehow for my own writing. but i couldn't seem to be able to. by keeping looking at those notes, my head was not gonna order, and hence my fingers have nothing to type about. i had to postpone again and again, days and weeks, until now when i am tired of thinking about it, and manage to stop. you may know a lot of things you have read, but it may not be something you would want to talk about when it comes to your own story. i may share those cool stories i've found later, but only as a reference, when having more time. anyway, to set this month right, and before it's gonna be over in the next few days. if freshness and excitement are what people love, January will be a month i am still in love with. i am glad you have plans, and i'll be happy to see you make them, and when they're happened, i will be one of those telling you "hey, i am happy for you". so make it !

THIS IS FOR WHEN I WANT TO TELL THAT

I WANNA SPEND TIME WITH YOU

HBD TO YOU

when i am here, and you are there, we are apart and we think it's fare.

when we can't see each other at nowhere, we do know that we still always wanna share.

when we think of each other from somewhere, we sometime write to ask if we are still there.

when now i want to end this january with love spare, i know the daisy may say hey it's me the air,

for you to breathe in when you are tired and you need to rest at the white bench,

for you to enjoy the wind, when it quietly blows and moves your hair, for you to comfortably feel like you are floating, like when you walk through the daisy path there. for you to know that the daisy is actually a hbd song that is rare, and that soft wind is actually singing that song you may not know it dares, i wish i could be there, singing it along, and tell you hey it's you i care. stay happy and have a beautiful birthday

MUSIC People Should Smile More - Newton Faulkner “People should smile more Im not saying theres nothing to cry for but you've got Everything laid out for you Just close your eyes, take a deep breath and start another war Keep buying, keep moving, this city, is sitting, next to me, well laid out, it's gona come, one thing is certain I can't change the world Cos tryin' to make a difference makes things worst It's just an observation I can't ignore That people should smile more
