We are back, And it feels so good!

The gorgeous Birita Yoon for Scoop Models graces the cover of this issue, unretouched and with no makeup! We did a few analogue images of the models before we shot the editorial, and they turned out so beautifully that we decided to use one of them for the cover. We felt if was refreshing and real.

We have been learning about Italian wines and have some tips for you on page 8. We can promise that the sparkling wines of lake Garda are perfect for your winter parties, New Year’s Eve included.

I have been curious about biohacking for a few years now and swear by the effect of infrared saunas, good sleep and the right supplements, so I interviewed Tine Hertz the founder of One Thirty Labs and one of the trailblazers in the biohacking community in Denmark. If you are unfamiliar with biohacking, you should read what she said. The interview has a lot of good advice for those who want to start their Biohacking journey that might improve their lives.
