Bodegas Ré Vineyards + Prime Pinot Noir + Revelation Restaurant This is a small family vineyard, created by Paul Morandé and his children, after a long career as a winemaker, and with a very close relationship to mankind, history, customs, traditions and gastronomy. The story is as long as recent. Long because Paul is the ninth generation of the first vineyards planted at Morandé Peñaflor, producing wines and spirits in jars; and fifth generation of owners Urrutia Lavin and extensive vineyards in the Maule Cauquenes, viticulture that profoundly marked the thinking and dreaming of their wines. Afterwards, the discovery of Casablanca and its pioneering wines of modernity and elegance, have allowed a combination of key elements that made possible to conceive the RE wines, where the story is the basis of modernity.

Pablo Neruda´s Isla Negra Museum + Cultural & Historic Sight + Poetry & Unique Designs The place was originally called Las Gaviotas (Sea gulls). The poet “Negra” for the color of the rocks, and “Isla” perhaps renamed it: because over there he could isolate himself to write. On his return to Chile from Europe, in 1937, he was looking for a place to dedicate himself to his Canto General, a great book about American history and nature. “The wild coast of Isla Negra, with the tumultuous oceanic movement, allowed me to surrender with passion to the venture of my new song” – he annotated in his memories.

“... It was in the afternoon we arrived on horseback to those solitudes...” – remembered the poet in his book. “A house in the sand”. – “... Don Eladio was ahead wade through the Cordoba estuary (...) for the first time I felt like a sting this smell of marine winter, a mixture of herbs and salty sand, seaweed and thistle...”.

Maule Valley Overflight + Helicopter Overflight + Altos de Lircay National Park The Maule River Valley is one of the highlights of the national wine circuit and is home to more hectares of vineyards than any other place in Chile. Its winegrowing tradition dates back to Colonial times, which is when the first vines were planted. Today, the valley has three million hectares of vineyards covering the provinces of Talca, Linares and Cauquenes, which makes it Chile’s largest wine producing region. Many local wineries offer tours complete with tastings focused on the diferent grape varieties that are grown there. But make no mistake about it- the valley has more to offer than just vineyards, including a stunning landscape framed by the Andes. Visit the 12,000 hectare Altos de Lircay National Park, which was opened in 1996 and boasts a beautiful native forest of roble, lenga and coigüe. You will also be impressed by the Descabezados and Quizapú Volcanoes, the latter being responsible for the largest eruption in Chilean history. It is best to visit it in spring and fall when the weather is good and there are fewer tourists.

Bouchon Family Wines + Iconic Chilean Wines + Unique Blends Our winery sits at the heart of Bouchon on the Minrge estate. The main building is a plain but dignified structure with adobe walls and clay floors built in the early 1900s. Within the main building you will find the micro vinification room and the wine cellar. We use the most traditional techniques, which makes our wines the same as they were in the early 1900s, when our estate was built. For us it has been important to not only produce great wine, with the same, or even better quality then when our estate was founded, but as well to protect the environment and the people in it. We only hire locally and we train our staff ourselves and give them all the support they need to gain knowledge and skills.

VIK Holistic Vineyards + French Wooden Aging Barrels + State of the Art Technology Alexander Vik, a Norwegian entrepreneur, imagined the creation of a world-class vineyard to produce a unique wine. To find the best terroir, he undertook meticulous soil studies and analyses all around South America. Of course, he ended up choosing Chile. Nowadays, Patrick Valette leads the work at the vineyard and at the winery. VIK chose the best terroir with optimal climatic conditions for grape growing and purchased 4,325 hectares (10,688 acres) in Chile. The specific location chosen was the Millahue Valley, or “Place of Gold”, as named by the indigenous people, located on the north slope of Chile's Apalta Valley. There, “VIK” was born embodying the perfect fusion between man, experience, land, climate and the most advanced technology. The vineyard is located in the interior of the valley among innumerable gorges, offering a variety of unequaled terroirs and microclimates.
