TERMS OF WARRANTY NUOVA RAY ELECTRONICS guarantees its products against any defect in manufacturing ,malfunctioning or breaking of components for 12 months from date of delivery to the customer’s premises . Only the owner of the order contract will be entitled to the above said warranty ,directly issued by Nuova Ray. Second or third parties are not entitled to any warranty and they should contact the company which sold them the product for substitution or free repairing of faulty parts. The product must be returned undamaged,in its original packaging. Any accessory provided is not included in the terms of warranty The warranty does not cover parts which shall prove faulty due to : 1)Repair of damage caused by accidents ,improper use or neglicence in the use of the product 2) Repair of products which were damaged by technical repairs carried out by unauthorized or unqualified personnel .In any case, repairs under warranty will not be effected if the Supplier will detect modifications or assembling carried out by the customer without authorization . 3)Repair of damage caused by adverse weather conditions( rain, fires, lightning,etc..) 4)Repair of products which were damaged as a consequence of transportation , wrong installation ,tampering ,transformations due to circumstances not directly attributable to the functioning of the product.. 5)Repair of damages due to wear and tear of parts or components that are naturally subject to rapid wear or accidental breakdown . This warranty does not cover any event of improper or unsuitable use of the product ;it does not include the cost of transportation, unauthorized check of the product and removal of faulty product ,which will be at the customer’s expense . It is intended that the customer’s claim for damages may not exceed the value of the product supplied. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for any damage which may directly or indirectly derive to people or things , due to lack of compliance to all indications stated in the “terms of use “, if present , and particularly the ones concerning installation ,use and maintenance of the product.
COMPLAINTS Should the customer detect any faults resulting from design work,manufacturing or employment of materials in the manufacturing of the product ,he must communicate this to the Supplier by registered mail within 8 days of fault detection . A detailed description of the fault must be provided by the Customer and it must reach the supplier within the above stated terms , otherwise the Customer will not be entitled to the repair of the faulty product under warranty. The supplier commits to carrying out the appropriate inspections on the product in order to verify the groundings of the complaint .Should the complaint be considered well-founded , the supplier commits to carrying out the necessary modifications to solve the signalled problem . Should the complaint prove groundless or not requiring any intervention from the Supplier ,he will send the Customer written communication specifying the reasons for not accepting the complaint and it will be dismissed. FINAL DISPOSITIONS The entire text reported so far represents the only valid warranty : nobody is authorized to modify its contents and terms either verbally or in written form

The goods always travels at the buyer’s own risk , even if sold free of carriage . The delivery terms are not binding : any delay in delivery , suspension and cancellation of order shall not entitle anyone to claim for compensation or interest.
RETURNED GOODS Goods shall not be returned unless previously authorized by Nuova Ray. Under no circumstances shall goods be returned if delivered more than 6 months before. Articles returned prior authorization shall however reach Nuova Ray with a regular delivery note , carriage paid. The warranty only covers the substitution of parts manufactured by Nuova Ray whose faults we recognize to be dependent on improper manufacturing or bad qualità of materials.We accept no responsibility for any accident that may occur for using our products. In any case, in the occrrence of accidents resulting from manufacturing defects , the warranty will be limited to the substitution of the parts we recognize as faulty and any form of compensation will be excluded. Any complaint received after 8 days from receipt of goods will not be taken into account.
