ECO PARK OFFICE AT

GROGOL SUPER BLOCK AREA

Jakarta as one of the metropolitan cities in Indonesia has a high level of urbanization. This has had its own impacts such as congestion, poverty, and unemployment as if they are common in everyday life. Various policies that have been issued by the Government to overcome these problems have pushed the cities around Jakarta to bear the risk of the uncontrolled growth of the city of Jakarta (urban sprawl). Mobility that is getting faster can not be avoided. The wider the urban area, the farther the distance that must be taken by the population to reach the city center, which is actually the center of all urban housing, hotels, buildings and offices, and schools that visually look very modern and luxurious in all aspects, both in appearanceand in social and environmental aspects offered economic activities, including the required city facilities and infrastructure. For this reason, the increase in population mobility must be supported by adequate infrastructure. The development of an area using the sperblock model is an efficient development alternative because it can accommodate high vertical densities. In Indonesia, the superblock concept development became a trend in the early 80s (Eti Ernawati, 2009). The construction of a superblock area is a development in which a mass of buildings offers effective needs such as housing, hotels, buildings and offices, and schools that visually look very modern and luxurious in all aspects, both in appearance and in social and environmental aspects offered..

Nature and Culture of Karimun Java

In this era of glabalization, an airport is not just a facility for air transportation,an airport can becomer a symbol and gateway to an area. The Karimun Jawa Island are part of the Jepara regency, these islands are located in the northern waters of the Java sea. Karimun Jawa is an island that is growing rapidly in the field of natural tourism, Karimun Jawa is also very famous for its beautiful beaches, the beaches in Karimun Jawa have a very beautiful strecth of sand.

Every year the increase in tourists to the island of Karimun Jawa continues to increase, and has an effect on the growth of aircraft passengers in Karimun Jawa, therefore with an increase in air transportation users and with the current condition of Dewandaru Airport terminal , it is necessary to develop a terminal building as a one of the places for passenger service activities that is able to accommodate an increasing number of passenger service by taking into account the safety, security, and comfort aspect of passengers as well as a terminal form that us able to present local characteristics or wisdom.

STRUCTURE INOVATION The inner court structure of the roof incorporated a frame of space frame that could produce lightweight, strong, flexible roof modules. Not contained rocks to sift and contain the rainfall that can be used to recycle as grey water

ELEVATION DETAIL The roof of the inner court uses glass roofing material to create natural lighting so that there is enough sunlight on the building, so it can save electricity, while for the roof system used a space frame system, thus forming modules such as batik patterns.

While the roof of the main building (departures and arrivals) uses a jogglo roof, because it adjusts the shape of the buildings around it, and reinforces the existing culture, so that the shape of the joglo roof can represent the richness of the surrounding culture, so that the passenger terminal building can be used as an icon in the area

GOING TO INDONESIA FOR IDENTITY OF THE NATIONAL MONUMENT

WHAT'S IN THIS ISSUE

FOLLOW THE ERA WITHOUT HAVING TO ERASE HISTORY` Nur Jamilah The national monument is a symbol of the greatness and spirit of the nation . The problem that exists today is that the area of the independent field doesn’t give a deep impression of the spirit of the nation, therefore, the element of national identity must dominate the character of the Medan merdeka area which has become a witness of the journey of the symbol of the nation's greatness. Not to forget, ecological elements and amenities are also important parts of this region so that they can become a catalyst and a third place for the community

Entrance travel history of MONAS TAKEN FROM THE LOCATION OF INDONESIA WHICH IS IN BETWEEN 2 OCEANS, AND THE LOCATION OF INDONESIA WHICH IS PASSED BY THE EQUATOR. THE ENTRANCE DESIGN IS MADE STRAIGHT, TOWERING LIKE THE EQUATOR AND IS IN THE MIDDLE OF 2 PONDS

The story of the history of the monas journey is placed on both sides of the wall. The initial story starts from the front of the entrance, the design is made as if Monas is the final result of our nation's struggle for independence. In order to invite the public to get to know the history of Monas, the story of the monas development journey is placed on the two entrance walls in the form of carvings

FUTURE THE NATION'S CAPITAL OF REPUBLIC INDONESIA

What kind of capital should a country have? Sustainable, mart, Beautiful, Green. This rationale then becomes a reference in designing the new national capital without destroying the natural surroundings. The concept of Sustainable in the capital city area includes the efficiency of ' transportation and land use, economic competitiveness and employment opportunities, environmental health, resource efficiency and conservation. The Smart concept in the Capital area includes Smart Living by respecting local culture, Smart Economy, and Smart People. The concept of Beautiful in the area is the use of existing nature such as lakes, seas, rivers, and forests as well as compliance with green, monumental areas as symbols or characteristics of the capital city. The Green concept in the area is in the form of development and innovation in buildings, as well as the creation of the concept of waste disposal so as not to damage the surrounding nature. To adapt to this peat soil, low-rise buildings use Kayu Galam construction for building foundations. The usefulness of this natural wood foundation is also used to save construction work. As for the structure of the building using Ulin wood.

PESONA BUMI CIHERANG, HOUSING AT BOGOR

MAKE A SIMPLE HOUSING Bumi Ciherang Housing is the first project after I officially became part of the Architect team at a developer company, Bogor. This housing estate is located in Ciherang, Bogor, with a land area of 60 m2 and a building area of 36 m2. The company wants a housing design that is intended for low-income people but the design is different from the many housing areas around the site. To steal the interest of the surrounding community, the design concept itself was made with the idea of a developing house. So, if a family needs more space, it can facilitate the development of the house. In addition, the concept of the facade of the building itself uses a modern minimalist concept, by having a large opening in the living room area, so that the building looks wider and can take advantage of the cold in the area, while the main bedroom and children's bedroom area has enough openings to exchange air and sunlight but still maintain the privacy of each room user.

DRAMAGA SHOP HOUSE

The dramaga shophouse is my first commercial building project in the company, the shophouse location is located in the drama area, Bogor, close to the IPB campus, Bogor. Because the location is near the campus, the function of this shop tends to be a place to eat that will be rented out. For the design of the building itself, it is designed as modern as possible, so that the building can attract visitors and tenants.

because the direction of the building is located in the western area of mąką, on the facade of the building. Designed a sun screen using wood material. It is hoped that with the presence of a layer of wood on the facade of the building, the micro temperature on the inside of the shophouse can be lower. This pattern of wood arrangement is then repeated in order to get a sexual end result with function. the building has 3 building periods with different elevations and functions

PESONA CIHIDEUG INDAH, HOUSING AT CIHIDEUNG, BOGOR IN EARLY 2021, WAS GIVEN THE TASK BY THE COMPANY TO REDESIGN THE HOUSING AREA AGAIN. DIFFERENT FROM THE PREVIOUS HOUSING DESIGNED FOR LOW INCOME COMMUNITIES, THIS HOUSING IS EXPANDED FOR A FREE COMMUNITY. HOUSING PESONA CIHIDEUNG INDAH, IS A HOUSING COMPLEX LOCATED IN THE CIHIDEUNG AREA, BOGOR. IT HAS 2 TYPES OF HOUSES, NAMELY TYPE 48/60 AND 60/60 SQM, EACH BUILDING HAS A DIFFERENT SHAPE BUT IS STILL RELATED, WITH NEUTRAL COLOR CHOICES SUCH AS BONE WHITE AND CREAM ON THE BUILDING FABRIC. BECAUSE THE LOCATION OF THE HOUSE IS DESIGNED FACING WEST AND EAST, THEREFORE THE APPLICATION OF THE HOUSING CONCEPT IN THE WEST - EAST AREA OF THE BUILDING IS GIVEN MINIMALIST OPENINGS SO THE BUILDING DOESN'T FEEL AN EXCESSIVE HOT. IN THE MEANTIME, THIS HOUSE SPACE PROGRAM IS NOT TOO COMPLEX. THE FLOOR AREA CONSIST OF PRIVATE AND PUBLIC ZONES, WHILE THE SECOND FLOOR ONLY CONSIST OF PRIVATE ZONES

House 360° view puncak, bogor

IT IS CALLED 360 DEGREE VIEW, BECAUSE THE SITE AREA OF THIS PROJECT HAS VARIOUS EXCELLENT VIEWING ANGLES AROUND THE SITE, THEREFORE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SURROUNDING VIEWS, IN THIS VILLA DESIGN, EACH SIDE HAS OPENINGS SO THAT THE OWNER CAN ENJOY THE EXISTING VIEW. AROUND , BUT STILL PAY ATTENTION TO THE DIRECTION OF THE SUN , SO THAT OPENINGS IN THE WEST - EAST AREA OF THE BUILDING ARE MINIMIZED BUT STILL DO NOT INTERFERE WITH THE EXISTING VIEW BECAUSE IT IS LOCATED IN A BEAUTIFUL AREA, THE CHOICE OF DESIGN STYLE IN THE BUILDING ALSO USES INDUSTRIAL THEMES AND GREEN ARCHITECTURE SO THAT IT CAN BECOME ONE UNIT WITH THE SITE AREA, WHILE USERS OF WOODEN ORNAMENTS AND THE USE OF NEUTRAL COLORS SUCH AS BLACK AND WHITE ON THE FACADE TO REFLECT THE EXISTING THEME IN THE BUILDING.

SHET COMMERCIAL SHOOT SAMSUNG ADS

ABOUT THIS PROJECT In this project for the first time collab with a young director, to design a shooting set for a Samsung S20 commercial. The location is in the Pondok Indah area, Jakarta. Unlike usual and very different from the usual interior projects, the architect and interior designer can determine the appropriate reference, because this project is for shooting location purposes, a reference has been determined for each set that will be carried out to match the color

The company that will make an advertisement. At this time I was entrusted with designing the living room, girls room, and kitchen. Each room has its own story so that our role is here to help emphasize the roles that will exist later.

This scene has two different stories and different colors to match the company's color board. In the living room area, it tells the story of a boy who is gathering or partying with his friends, while in the staircase area there are popcorn flakes that fall, for the scene of a child slipping after taking food.

the location is different from the previous scene which is located in the Pondok Indah area. At the location this scene was taken in a house located in the Cibubur area, Jakarta. Because in this scene the story is about a girl and her friend who are playing together and relaxing in the girl's room, because this scene has a feminine vibe, the girls' bedroom is designed in such a feminine way by showing the color pink for the wall paint.

BS BEDROOM

on this occasion, I was asked to renovate one of the rooms, namely the bedroom. Meanwhile, the client has a desire to have an area to enjoy the view and it is comfortable to study or work in that space. In addition, because the client has a hobby of collecting bags, therefore the client asks for an area to store his bag collection. because it has limited space, therefore to meet the needs of the client, a shelf is designed that can meet these 3 needs. While the division of space, in order to have a boundary between the bed area and the bathroom, a walk-in closet is made with a minimalist design so that it does not make the room narrower. for the selection of the concept and color of the room itself, it uses a minimalist and cozy bohemian theme so that clients don't feel bored when they are too in the room.
