Do some doodling
Itʼs time to channel your inner creative child and express yourself on the blank ʻpagesʼ of your home walls.

WHY DOODLE? Doodling can help you focus, especially during long business or office meetings. As you create the repetitive marks, your brain slows down, and you stimulate your self-control mechanism which in turn helps you to pay better attention ‒which then helps you to retain the information youʼre hearing. Itʼs also a great way of calming your mind and alleviating anxiety. And which of us doesn't enjoy simply letting loose with pen on paper without the stress of having an end goal?
Draw an indoor garden filled with vases and pots of flowers and hanging plants that wonʼt need any care and attention. All you need is a black marker and a design to copy. Or you can copy and cut out our illustrations on the pages overleaf and paste them with decoupage modge podge onto your wall, if you prefer.

TIP: When doodling on your wall, draw the image in brightly coloured chalk first before making it permanent with a black marker. The chalk can be easily wiped off afterwards. You can also use the chalk to colour your images, as if your wall is an oversized colouring-in page.
