New holiday home auction IAM Sold Property Auctions have announced the launch of The Holiday Home Property Auction which will be the first national holiday home auction ever held in Ireland. The event will be added to their current auction events, The Munster, Leinster and Connacht Property Auctions and will offer properties from across Ireland including holiday homes in Limerick and neighbouring counties. The auction will take place in Dublin on July 21 in The Clarion Hotel, Liffey Valley and the auction team are now taking entries for this event. Company Director Patrick Convey noted: “The Holiday Home Property Auction will be the first of its kind in Ireland and will offer buyers the opportunity to view and purchase a wide range of holiday homes throughout the country. There will be a particular focus on coastal areas and also properties with 2 5 acres of land, which there is a high demand for at present. “Anyone looking to buy or sell a hol-
iday home property this summer should make contact with us and we will advise from there. “There is no cost for the homeowner to enter a property into the auction and each property will receive excellent exposure across Ireland, in both local and national press adverts and outside Ireland, through our online and newspaper campaigns. We already have a large volume of buyers coming into the market looking for their perfect getaway or indeed retirement home and we are confident demand will be strong for properties,” said Mr Convey. The holiday home event will be held as part of the company’s Leinster Property Auction. The auction will receive additional advertising aimed at the UK market If you are interested in selling your holiday home or in getting more info on any of the upcoming auctions contact IAM Sold Property Auctions on 021 234 9696 or visit www.iam-sold.ie or www.munsterpropertyauction.ie
