Easy and quick cooking Homemade Recipes for Dogs

List of 7 unique recipes that are healthy and palatable for your dog, along with the property of being organic and chemical free as it is completely homemade.


Recipe No. 1: Sardine and Lentil Pâté INGREDIENTS: • 1 can of sardines (approx 4 oz of sardines) • 1 cup boiled lentils • 1/2 cup steamed broccoli • 1/2 cup steamed carrots • 1 clove cooked, minced garlic (only if you know your dog can tolerate)


DIRECTIONS: • Use a double boiler, boiling the lentils in the bottom for at least 15 minutes. • Steaming the vegetables in the top until soft . • Add the finely minced garlic to the lentils for cooking. • Don’t cook sardines, puree it in food procession and also puree up vegetables and lentils. • Chop the sardines bones, break down all the food ingredients to make the nutrient readily available for dogs stomach and digestion. • Store in glass containers, Pyrex works really well for freezing and heating. Anything more than 3 days’ worth should be stored in the freezer. Put a note on the container what the main ingredients are and the date. Rotate the meal with other recipes for better results.


Recipe No. 2: Beef and Vegetable Stew • INGREDIENTS: • 1 pound lightly cooked ground beef • 1 cup (or up to 1 small bag) steamed broccoli • 1/4 cup steamed carrots • 1/2 tsp powdered eggshell


DIRECTION: • Steam and boil vegetable, put them in water to reclaim its nutritional properties. • Saute Beef in a frying pan, use oil if required, coconut oil is highly recommended. • Heat the raw meat to remove any harmful pathogens and foreign harmful elements. • Mix the two together. • Add some water for moisture and easy digestibility. • Add ½ teaspoon of powdered eggshell as a source of calcium for your dog.


Recipe No. 3: Beef and Vegetables with Rice for Dogs INGREDIENTS: • 1 pound ground beef • up to 1/4 cup beef liver, chopped • 1 cup rice • 1/2 cup green beans • 1/2 cup peas • 1/2 cup carrots, diced • 1/2- 3/4 tsp powdered eggshell


DIRECTION: • Steam cook the vegetables and break them in small pieces to make nutrition readily available for your dog. • Don’t add potato or rice if dog is overweight, extra carbs can affect his health. • Rice can b either brown rice or white rice, depending upon your choice, and sensitivity of our dog’s tummy as well. • After steam cooking the vegetable, keep in in water for some time to regain its nutritional ingredients. • Cook desired amount of rice at the same time. Cook beef piece in a frying pan and chop the liver in small pieces. Coconut oil can be used if oil is desired or required in their diet. • After mixing the meat with the vegetables and water, add 1/2 tsp eggshell powder (or calcium supplement) and stir together.


Recipe No. 4: Blueberry Yogurt Cubes INGREDIENTS: • 1 cup plain, natural yogurt • 1/3 cup – 1/2 cup chopped blueberries • 2 Tbsp raw honey


DIRECTIONS: • Chop up blueberries. • Add honey and yogurt(Greek Yogurt is preferable). • Stir together well. • Spoon into ice cube trays. • How easy is that?


Recipe No. 5: Blueberry Honey Bites INGREDIENTS: • 2 cups Oats (natural/regular, not quick, or cut, or packaged with other ingredients) • 1/2 cup Blueberries • 1 Egg • 1 Tbsp Raw Honey • 1 Tbsp Water • 1/2 tsp Coconut Oil


DIRECTIONS: • Break oats in a food processor. • Add and mix other ingredients except blueberries. • Add blueberries. • Add water and maintain the water level right with more oat if required. • Spoon bite-sized amounts onto cookie sheets and choose the size according to your dog breed size. • Bake at 3350degrees for around 25 minutes. • Baking timing may also depend on the fact if you want to keep them soft or crunchy.


Recipe No. 6: Lamb and Lentil Pâté • Ingredients: • 3/4 pound (approx) of Ground Lamb • 1 Lamb Kidney, chopped • 1/2 cup Lentils • 1 cup Broccoli, diced • 1 Carrot, diced • 1 Mint Leaf, diced • 1/2 tsp Eggshell Powder


DIRECTIONS: • Cook the lentils. • Steam vegetables. • Put lentils, broccoli, carrots, kidney and mint leaf in food processor and make a puree so that all ingredients are mixed together. • You can vary the presentation of the food, add some olive oil in the food.


Recipe No. 7: Lamb and Rice Ingredients: • 3/4 pound (approx) Ground Lamb • 1 Lamb Kidney, chopped • 1/2 cup Rice • 1/2 cup Broccoli (fresh or frozen), diced • 2 medium Carrots, diced • 1/2 tsp Eggshell Powder • 1 Mint Leaf, diced (optional)


Directions: • Cook rice and steam the vegetables. • Put the vegetables in water to retain the lost nutrition properties in dog food. • Add lamb to the boiler, cook the meat and add other ingredients together. • You can vary the presentation of the food, and add oil such as olive oil in it. • For the gourmet touch add the Honey-Mint Sauce and drizzle in a circle around the meal. • Your dog will love you even more after this meal and the doggy kisses will be sweeter after the mint.


Important Note • Always prefer organic vegetables for your dog. • Choose best quality meal, vegetable, grain and meat for your dog. • Always cook the meat before serving it to your dog to remove the harmful pathogens. • Remember to rotate between variety of diets to hold interest of your dog.
