Every one of our cladding options has been found to exceed the requirements of the New Zealand building code in watertightness, cyclonic wind load, seismic action and durability.

Designed for local conditions - Designed and made right here for New Zealand’s unique range of conditions, Nu-Wall is unquestionably watertight. This makes it perfect for the harshest coastal locations, where other claddings corrode, leak or break down. We’re so confident, we guarantee the aluminium for 100 years. Environmentally friendly - Nu-Wall is an ecologically responsible product, with over 80% of our material composed of recycled aluminium. The recycling process only uses a fraction of the energy that is required to extrude new aluminium. Therefore, Nu-Wall is CEMARS certified, with a carbon footprint that is 90% better than the global average.

Longer lengths - Nu-Wall’s profiles can be powder coated up to 8.3 metres in length, offering a seamless facade, uninterrupted by horizontal joints.

Extremely low maintenance - This makes it an obvious choice for multi–level buildings where cleaning becomes costly. Aluminium’s non-combustibility also means Nu-Wall is highly suited to high rise commercial buildings. Lightweight and durable - The weight of aluminium means the total mass of Nu-Wall required to clad a building is significantly less than many other products. Therefore, there will be less load on foundations and other structural features.

Powder coating is exceptionally durable, as well as offering great depth of colour. Unlike paint, powder coat won’t chip or peel. It’s extremely hard wearing, which is why we guarantee it for 10-25 years. That’s far longer than any paint guarantee. Powder coat is also fade-resistant, so the original colour stays true for at least the duration of the guarantee. Anodising is an electrochemical process that converts the surface of aluminium into an attractive, corrosion-resistant finish. Anodised aluminium has a stylish natural sheen that doesn’t fade and is highly resistant to abrasion.
