I am a Panamanian architect with a solid interdisciplinary background in architecture, planning, design, and graphic representation. I complemented my education with a Master’s in BIM, which allowed me to acquire new knowledge and strengthen my technical skills in various programs. I am excited to put them into practice through an internship. I stand out for my ability to work in teams, as I firmly believe that the exchange of experiences enriches the creative process and improves results. For 18 months, I participated in a volunteer project at a secondary school in Denmark, which allowed me to immerse myself in Danish culture and live in the country with my partner. Currently, I am looking for a company that can provide me with the opportunity to undertake a professional internship where I can continue to grow and apply my technical skills. My goal is to make a significant contribution to the built environment and understand people’s needs to propose tailored and effective solutions.

BIM Execution Plan
During the project’s development, the team utilized a diverse range of software programs to ensure seamless system interoperability. In the architecture design phase, the team employed Archicad, which was later replaced by Revit during the construction phase. Revit was used for developing the structure and installation, while Twinmotion was utilized for visualization. In addition, SYNCHRO was utilized for 4D planning requierements. The team relied on a combination of Revit and Presto to develop the budget. To enhance energy performance, the team utilized both HAP And Archicad. Overall, the team’s varied software use throughout the project’s development ensured smooth system interoperability and comprenhensive project execution. 13

BIM USES: The BIM (Building Information Modeling) uses proposed in the project were based on the client’s requierement, as detailed in the EIR (Employer’s Information Requirements). These guidelines served as the foundation for our BIM approach and helped ensure that our models and processes aligned with the client’s goals and objectives.
Implementation Agile Project Management Methologies The project was planned using the agile methodology, which involves breaking down the work into short sprints. To keep track of progress, we utilized the Trello application, which allowed us to organize tasks and set milestones. Communication was facilated through the use of Slack, which enabled us to stay in touch and collaborate effectively. In addition, we held periodic meetings using Zoom, which allowed us to discuss any issues or challenges and make adjustmnets to our plans as needed.

Analyzing the sector in which we are located, we are motivated to generate an urban development project through a proposal that brings with it a new concept of environmental recovery, integration of natural affectations (natural currents, fauna and flora) and a correct continuation of the urban space; achieving with this an ideal balance to start, with a new vision, the ordered densification of an area that brings with it a residential identity proper to the demand for housing demanded by the population looking for places close to the large centers of urban development, basic points and generators of employment for the country.
