What is the best bicep and tricep workout ? I want a good workout. Idc how hard it is, I just want results.
admin answers: To get biceps and triceps you need to incorporate compound exercises, as well as workin ur legs as well (yes working on ur legs will give u bigger biceps) so for your back you need to do pullups, rows, lat pulldowns, stuff like that... And for triceps you gotta do bench press, incline bench press, and dips... Its simple man not tons of crazy exercises just keep it simple and keep it heavy 6-12 reps 2-3 sets per exercise.. Gotta work dem legs tho with squats n lunges... If u want more info, or you dont fully understand what im saying feel free to IM me il be glad to explain (click on my profile and instant message) oh yah almost forgot....IF YOUR NUTRITION ISNT RIGHT YOU AINT GONNA BUILD NO F-CKN MUSCLE!!! What are good weight lifting chest exercises to lose man boobs? What are good weight lifting chest exercises to lose man boobs? I already do bench press a machine, and flys. I know I should be doing more but I just dont know what is effective. I already know I should manage my diet so I just want to know the most effective exercises.
admin answers: Push ups; at least 100 a day in sets of as many as you can do. Do them with your hands a little wider than your shoulders. Bicep Workouts; (preacher curls, pull ups, dumbbell curls) this is to develop you biceps and fill in some of that loose skin also do triceps; (skull crushers, triceps extension, etc.) Work your back too ( i think pull ups develop it the most) basically work all the muscles around the chest including the chest to fill in all the loose skin.

What are good workouts to help me become a better linebacker? I'm a freshman in high school and I am playing linebacker for my team. It it is my first time playing football, and although I know the plays, I don't feel that I am as fast, strong, or have as much stamina as I should. What are some workouts or other things that will help me improve in those three areas?
admin answers: Ok i am a freshman too in highschool and i got running back position although i have dropped out of football because i wouldnt want head concussions. Anyways, if you want to improve speed , stamina and get stronger just do these and after 1 month you will see rapid results and if you use a gym the results will come out even faster such as 2 weeks.

Home workouts : indoor - outdoor -20 pushups or more if you can , always have a goal such as 10 , 30, etc. Dont over do it. Youll feel pain. - do 500 regular jump ropes . If you dont have a jump rope. Then just pretend that you do and swing it around etc. This helps with cardio, footwork , thigh muscles, calf muscles and speed. - do 100 jump n jacks. Cardio, footwork ( cut throughs) and slighty abs - do core excercises such as sit ups and crunches becoz for speed you NEED ab muscles. Not saying you have to have a 6 pack. Just do regulary and youll be fine. GYM workouts : -10 chin ups or pull ups for shoulder muscle , triceps and biceps -use tread mill to run or cycle for cardio - bicep curls - shoulder pull downs. - chest pulls - jump ropes for footwork. Good luck man. Hope this helped.

How long until I see results from my work out routine? I'm starting out small, with 3 sets of 10 dumbbell Flys, 3 sets of 10 bicep curls and hammer curls, and 5 sets of 20 sit ups. My problem is I have a eating problem and I rarely have an appetite, so I don't get much protein or nutrients. How will this effect the results I'm trying to get?

admin answers: Alright man well it depends what you want to get out of your workout, If you want to get big then i would go even higher with the reps i would do maybe 3 sets 15 and then 5 of 20 sounds alright on sit ups but you have to mix it up. And you have to work your whole body to see results. Depending how many days you work out you should have either a 5 day split or a 3 day split A 5 day would be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. A 3 day split would be Monday, Wednesday, Friday. When I say mixing it up if you do that same workout every time you go to the gym your body wont react to it after awhile and your results will seriously decline. So if you do fly's One time next time do bench. In order to grow you really need to work all your body parts though. This means have days where you do just legs and days where you do just arms and days when you do just chest or back. Im assuming by your workout that you want to get bigger? Which means higher reps like what your at 10 but you should also go up to 15 and sometimes even have failure sets (where you do a certain set with a lighter weight and go until you can't anymore). You have to "shock" your body and it will grow fast. However the thing more important than the lifting itself is the nutrition. And you really need to give your body the proper nutrients or you will not grow at all. It sucks every weightlifter/bodybuilder goes through this you have to eat when you don't want to and you will probably get gas from the protein. You should have about 1 gram of protein per body weight and about 1.5 if your really trying to get bigger. The most important times to take a protein shake or eat are right away when you wake up, before your workout, after your workout, and right away before bed. However you should have a small lunch, dinner, and breakfast as well. Your eating schedule will depend what time you workout. You should also eat lighter on days that you dont workout. I hope I helped, contact me if you have anymore questions i'm willing to help and even make you a workout plan and a nutrition plan to your needs.
