What type of ab exercises will give me long and lean stomach muscles instead of the six pack look?

admin answers: Choosing the best cardio exercises to lose stomach fat in the fastest way possible can become something of a challenge. If you ask 5 people what their favorite cardiovascular workout is, you're likely to get 5 numerous answers. While enjoying yourself throughout your workout is very important to help you stay motivated on your goals, you need to decide on the right workouts in order to get the most out of and accelerate your results. Here are 5 of the top cardio exercises to lose stomach fat. Do these and you will see fast results. I'm sure of it. 1. Running - This is the ultimate classic workout and one that never fails to deliver results. Running is a total body cardio workout and an intensive one at that. It's no wonder that running to lose stomach fat is so successful. It burns a ton of calories and pushes your body. By adding an up-hill running segment to your workout and a sprinting segment, you'll be able to in fact boost the fat burning results you will get from your running. 2. Rowing - The reason why I love rowing is that it's a strength and cardio workout rolled into one. You're working your back muscles all the time when you're rowing so you can expect to tone and mold your back and biceps as well as to burn a ton of body fat inside the process. 3. Swimming - There are a number of reasons why I love swimming: - It challenges the body in an entirely distinctive ways than running or walking does (and other dry land workout). - It works your total body and it an awesome strength building activity (have you see how swimmers look?) - It's a low impact sport so if you happen to have joint issues, swimming may possibly be the sport for you to try out. 4. Kickboxing - This is an awesome cardio workout to lose stomach fat. The movements are less repetetive than most workouts and they help you workout your muscles in new ways, the kind that traditional cardio really doesn't do. This is also an first-rate social activity so you may discover it a lot more motivating than other cardiovascular activities that tend to be performed on your own. 5. Jumping rope - The reason why I love this little workout is that it's easy to perform, does not require access to a gym, pool, or else to sign up to a class. In addition, in just a few minutes of

jumping, you're going to be feeling that you're straining like crazy. You can even do this at home if you have a porch otherwise a big enough room. Try out some rope jumping. You'll be sweating like crazy in minutes. Remember that to lose the most stomach fat you ought to also do strength training and follow a healthy and sensible diet plan. What mass building exercises can you do to build muscle without the use of weights? If somebody wanted to get bigger/ gain muscle mass without the use of weights. What exercises could he do to get bigger arms, shoulders, chest, etc. etc. Hershel Walker did this for many years and he was huge!!

admin answers: If i had to pick body weight exercises then i would be pullups for biceps and back pushups- standard for strength endurance and one arm pushups for strength hindu squats for strength and endurance(people do 100s at one time, even 1000s, i've only made it to 85) and one leg squats for strength i have a book on one arm pushups and one leg squats called the Naked Warrior. Naked refers to the lack of equipment.its a great book beyond just the two exercises also, there are demos of hindu squats, one arm pushups and one leg squats on youtube. What is really impressive is when you see women doing one arm pushups and one leg squats and

What are some good excercise for a 60 years old plus women to do? I am helping my mom with a workout regimen. She is 60 plus and in very good shape (she has been exercising her whole life) She would like to tone her stomach, butt, thighs, and underarm flabbys. Does anybody have some good exercise suggestions and also what should be her limit as far as working out is concerned. She is basically strength training, so I would like to know how much down time she should have in between workouts as well. Thanks for the help. I would like some more detailed answers please.

admin answers: Wow! Go Mom! Good for her! I think that is so great that you're helping her with this. You say she is in good shape, go to "body for life workout routine" and you will find these body parts for her. It's much easier to send you there, than to try to explain all of them here, they have pics there too. Two different ways I would set the workout up for your Mom, so that she will get the full benefit for full body: Mon, Wed, Fri upper body-Tues. Thurs. Lower body. Upper body-chest,back,biceps,triceps,shoulders. Lower body-quads,hamstrings,inner,outer thighs, buns. I would start your Mom out with 2 sets of everything, having her use weights that are challenging, coach her with her breathing so she doesn't hold her breath. If she works the muscle groups this way, she won't need to skip any days Monday thru Friday and she can have the weekend off. Have her warm up for about 5-10 minutes beforehand so she doesn't pull or hurt muscles that are not ready for the load. Hope this helps, and is understandable.... Has your Mom ever taken Yoga or Pilates? I'll bet she would enjoy this too, these can be found
