Hello, Hawks! I’m writing to you all from the windy Chicago, Illinois! As this is the last newsletter before school starts back up in August, I am reminding you all to make the most of the rest of the summer; after all, there is only one Summer ‘19 in our lifetimes! Continue to stay hydrated and keep y’all’s ears open for upcoming service events at the end of the summer and throughout the school year! Send pictures and videos from all service events y’all participate in!: nwcta.bulletineditor@gmail.com Stay Soaring,

Heya Key Club! I hope everyone has or is going shopping soon to get ready for the school year to start up! It’s always best to prepare well in advance in case you miss anything. There will be a service event before the first day of school, so be sure to check that out! Other than that, enjoy your next month and keep up the service hawks!

The fireworks booth, as always, was a great experience that allowed me to help the club that funds us, Kiwanis. I was there all four days and from that I gained some valuable experience. In sign spinning. Not to brag but my sign spinning skills improved dramatically and I was able to become a pro in no time. Not only that, but we took advantage of the 7-Eleven rewards app to gain many items during our shifts. I also learned about all the different Fireworks that TNT sells. Overall the fireworks booth is a 10/10 would do again experience. -Angelo Masangkay

The fireworks booth was a very fun experience for people just starting their key club journey, the experience gave people the chance to socialize and make new friends, and get to know people. -Vincent Delacruz
