REQUEST FOR TENDERS
The Economic Value of Local Environmental Quality ENCAMS (Environmental Campaigns) is an environmental charity which aims to achieve litter free and sustainable environments by working with community groups, local authorities, businesses and other land managers. ENCAMS is part funded by the Government, through the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) and is well known for its Keep Britain Tidy campaign. Aim: The aim of the research is to understand and clearly demonstrate how changes in local environmental quality can impact upon economic development. The research process should follow the following steps. •
Scoping Committee

Review of literature
•
Formulation of methods
•
Research and analysis of findings
•
Production of final report and presentation
The total budget for the research is £30,000 paid throughout and upon completion of the research. Eligibility: ENCAMS wishes to appoint a tenderer who has proven experience in the field of economics. It is preferred that the successful tenderer is British based.
