We wanted this pairing to be classy and tasteful, truly matching the flavors in each element of the combination. The bourbon used in our burnt peach and sage bourbon smash has a velvety-smooth mouthfeel. Using a dab torch, we added a charred element to this cocktail by toasting up the peaches that went into and garnished the cocktail. The sage adds a savory element to this drink, balancing flavors for an easy sip and finish of flavor.

EVERMORE PEACH ZEASON FLOWER AND ROSIN

When creating this pairing, one of the goals we set out for was to include a concentrate and flower of the same strain. Peach Zeason rosin is an in-house genetic cross from Evermore. As you open the jar, you can immediately smell a sweet and fruity essence fill the air surrounding you. That sweetness comes through beautifully when consuming as flower and as concentrate. This strain gave me an energetic boost, with a cool head – likely due to it being a sativa strain with indica-prone terpenes like myrcene. I found myself using this for a midday smoke, powering me through the end of a long workday.
