PAIRED WITH COFFEE

THE PAIRING of tannins and terpenes is often done with alcoholic beverages, but since I don’t drink, I was looking for an infused edible to pair with coffee or tea. One of my favorite ways to enjoy an espresso or hot mug of coffee is to stir a piece of THCinfused chocolate into the steamy mug of wakeful goodness. For infused chocolate bars to pair with coffee, I immediately thought of All Kind Bodega.

IN 2015, when All Kind Bodega owner Claire Stretch received her Maine caregiver license, she had patients seeking precise dosages of medicine. Because of this, her company’s initial offering was accurately-dosed, infused milk chocolate bars – which were primarily created for people battling cancer.

Stretch procures her chocolate from an Italian fine cocoa bean roasting company, which is what truly accounts for All Kind’s deeply rich and dark flavoring. They also have a variety of chocolates to choose from, with each bar having its own original recipe – not just an added flavor.

Best of all, All Kind Bodega offers accurate doses of THC in all their chocolate products, from the 50mg version to the 1,000mg Traveler Bars. Personally, I appreciate knowing exactly how much THC I’m consuming and prefer not to be surprised. Having tried most of the company’s products over the past four years, I’m as impressed with the quality of the chocolate as I am with the reliability of the dosage.
