ENROLLMENT CHECKLIST FOR TRANSFER AND RETURNING STUDENTS ☐ Apply for FAFSA at studentaid.gov/fafsa beginning Oct. 1 (Northwest code: 002496) ☐ Submit your housing application and prepayment beginning Nov. 1 for the fall 2022 semester, if applicable. ☐ Review and accept financial aid ☐ Register for New Student Orientation and complete the advising intake survey ☐ Select your Residence Hall room, if applicable ☐ Submit your commuter card by May 1, for Fall 2022, if applicable ☐ Complete and submit your Health History Form ☐ Check your Northwest email frequently ☐ Submit final transcripts from all colleges attended to Northwest’s Office of Admissions ☐ Students starting in the fall, watch for instructions about finding a roommate in January ☐ Watch for your first billing statement at the end of July for fall students and mid-December for spring students ☐ Contact your roommate to discuss items you will bring, if applicable
